Waters Edge 402 - Clark's Condo. Located in the heart of the Historic Taft District in Lincoln City you'll be within easy walking distance to seafood, burgers, gourmet dogs, espresso, sushi, art galleries, groceries, gift shops, hands on glass blowing and so much more! Our Place At The Beach is a great one bedroom condo which up to sleeps 5 guests a perfect spot for vacation, honeymoon, romantic getaway or private retreat. Consider the many options available for your family reunion or business group with several one and two bedroom condos available at the property! Quiet hours are between 7:00pm and 7:00am

This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them.

Siletz Bay getaway

Close to Siletz Bay wildlife refuge, nice view of Siletz Bay. Clean and comfortable. If you plan to cook dinners as we did, bring your own spices and cooking oil. Only things provided were salt and pepper, coffee filters for drip coffee maker, saran wrap, tin foil. Adequate dishes and cutlery but no serving dishes . Their cookware is nice.

Only downfall was highway noise...wished we were at opposite end closer to ocean ....and could of checked in earlier. But it was a great place to stay!

Peaceful … once I got in!

I tried for 90 minutes to navigate VRBO check-in process. Could never find the correct passcode despite many, many attempts. Finally was given lock box code by non-English speaking rep vis phone chat. I was literally crying by the time I got in. Clearly not all visitors are AI literate.

Good But Needs Work

The unit is convenient, comfortable and adequately equipped. It is listed as having Wi-Fi but the connectivity is painfully inadequate. We couldn’t use two devices at the same time. It’s outrageously slow. For all practical purposes, there is no Wi-FI. The fridge works but leaks water. The unit could use a good deep cleaning. But, the view is lovely and the bed comfortable.

Cozy with lovely view

We had a wonderful time staying in this cozy condo. The view was lovely over the Siletz Bay, everything was clean and welcoming. Fireplace and balcony were great touches, and we enjoyed using the games provided. Noise was minimal and the amenities are great!

Get Away.

Wife and I have stayed at many rental properties over the years. This property was by far the most picturesque. The apartment was very well stocked with everything one could need for the most challenging cooking tasks. We will stay here again.

Overall Great Stay

Overall this property provided a great vacation experience. A little disappointed with how close it was to the freeway and how far it was from ocean views but the cleanliness and overall location was safe and a good place to stay. Would recommend to families because of how quiet it is and to vacationers on a budget.

Nice beach vacation

We had a great time in the unit. Location was great. IGA store doesn’t he steer, walk out the door and I the beach. Watching people dig for clams was fun, flew a kite and Mo’s restaurant down the street.

Quick beach trip

Overall very nice and clean. Could use some cosmetic work in the bathroom and an overhead light or light switch in the bedroom would be helpful. Not a good place for people who struggle with stairs. All that being said, we loved our stay and were very happy with the property. We would definitely consider staying there again.
