Solid Budget-friendly Stay

An acceptable stay for the price. View was beautiful, and room was easy to access. It was a bit dated, the front door got stuck and the floors could’ve used another cleaning. Overall, a nice stay in a good location, quiet area, and solid amenities.

The property was very clean. The location was great and the view is hard to beat. The neighbors are close and there is a little noise from other rooms, but all in all, it was a great place and just as advertised.

Great value for the money.

I liked being able to open the door and see the ocean even though it is looking down upon houses before the ocean. I like being able to hear the water. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean. We couldn't get the propane fireplace to work. And there is not a chair to sit in in the room. There are two Adirondack plastic chairs on the small deck which isn't private it's right next to the other rooms on either side. But for the money it was a great place to stay as we were gone all day long and it was a Fine Place to come and sleep at :-)

Nice little hike to beach. Little noisy but that is to be expected. Would be nice if balcony was a little more private, bed. Little creaky other than that. Nice clean place.

Perfect for a solo getaway.

Clean and simple. No frills, but supplied the basics. I would bring an extra blanket next time as the one on the bed was not very thick. Also, the fireplace did not work, which was a disappointment.

It's a good inexpensive option

There's needs to be more security at the back slider. It doesn't lock and the security bar is falling off. Since the decks are joined, anyone from other rooms can break in. Very minimal offerings at this property, but the view is incredible. I'd stay here again if I'm needing an inexpensive option.

BEST VIEW!

The view from this unit is PRICELESS! Unit was clean and smelled like the beach.. in a good way :) the only downfall is it's in a bit of a Hotel setting so you get to hear the neighbors above and to the side of you. Absolutely worth it though. I will be back in a month, renting the same unit.

The room wasn’t bad itself it’s perfect for two. Just the cleanliness was not great. There was dog hair all over and I don’t think it was properly cleaned. I started sweeping and just felt like the pet hair was none ending.
