“A clean, comfortable apartment situated in an older neighborhood. House keeping amenities in good condition. A busy street adds to daytime noise. Off street parking was a plus. ”

“This is the cutest riverside getaway! We stayed in August with our dogs and Rocky was a wonderful host! We even had to cut our trip short but Rocky was so understanding and made everything smooth for us. This would be a great home base for a couples floating trip or a solo fly fishing trip. The house is in a great location (reminder to drivers that this area of Spokane does not have stop signs on most residential intersections so drive slow) and a very short walk to some outstanding food and beverages.
