"We come through Ruidoso at least once a year. It’s a great place to stay. We normally stay at another hotel and wanted to try something different. This was perfect. The facility is great, the staff was friendly and the area was quiet. We will be back."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The accommodations were comfortable, the customer service was excellent, and the entire property—including the rooms—was very clean. We especially loved the natural surroundings; the trails were beautiful, and it was such a treat to see horses and elk walking peacefully around the grounds. The hotel is a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from our experience. The Thanksgiving dinner was absolutely delicious and a memorable highlight of our stay. We’d happily visit again!"

"I got a really good rate, but that aside, it was a nice stay. The room was clean. The fireplace in the lobby was going.everything was clean and tidy around the breakfast bar. The pool was temporarily closed, but I wasn’t really prepared for it. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again when in the area."
