"STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PROPERTY!! I booked 4 nights here for work, and from the start the owners were incredibly rude, impolite, and difficult. The room paid for was to be non-smoking yet it had a strong smell of smoke. Front desk refused to assign another room. I notified the manager that my project was canceled a day early (3 days before checkout) and that I needed to check out a day in advance. The manager indicated that they would not help me and would not provide documentation that I was checking out a day early, 3 days in advance so that I could use the insurance that I had purchased for the stay. I was repeatedly informed I could NOT check out a day early, and that that room was booked for that night regardless of my staying there or not and that no documentation would be provided. On three separate occasions, Expedia was unable to contact them and they did not return calls to Expedia. Again, they repeatedly refused to even give me documentation to verify I was not there for the last night, and refused to cooperate with me on just about everything. After three separate attempts at contact, Expedia refunded the last night. Very grateful for Expedia and their assistance. STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PROPERTY!"
