Welcome to The Lincoln House! Nestled in the historic Northwest Neighborhood of Delaware, Ohio, this charming and updated house built in 1867 offers a beautiful retreat for guests seeking comfort and space. Fully renovated in 2020, enjoy nearly 2700 sq ft with a gorgeous, modern kitchen. Park in back beside the fenced in back yard, or on the street (all free). It is perfect whether you have 2 people or 12!
With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, a bunk bed (twin over full), three queen beds, plus a couch, there’s plenty of room for everyone -- up to 12 people. The three bathrooms include a shower, tub/shower, and half bath.
Guests can relax in three beautifully appointed living rooms, one of which is a sunroom. Have meals at the island in the kitchen or in the beautifully appointed dining room. There is also a workspace in the front living room where you can plug in your laptop on the mirrored desk.
Enjoy a comfortable stay with heating and AC -- separate units on each floor -- to keep the temperature just right. Linens and towels are provided.
Walk to Sandusky St., Ohio Wesleyan University campus & Delaware County Fairgrounds! On site laundry (no charge - just provide your own "he" detergent), beautiful alley with an albino squirrel, and sidewalks for walking your dog (dogs allowed w/ prior authorization). You are within walking distance of the public pool, courthouse, parks, restaurants and shopping.
The Lincoln House is approximately 30-35 min. from downtown Columbus.
