Clean and cozy Studio hotel resort condo sleeps 4. Seated at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak, in New Hampshire`s gorgeous White Mountains. Relax on our balcony overlooking Loon and the Pemi River! Enjoy nature, hiking and lovely mountain scenery! Great area dining, and outdoor activities. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi are open and located in our facility. Great restaurants within walking distance. Free shuttle bus service to Loon Lift gate. Pemigewasset River in back

You’ll love our cozy Studio Condo with amazing views, Enjoy the Large Flat Screen TV with cable TV, Free HBO and Roku for your favorite streaming service. Relax with a complementary Keurig coffee on our quiet private balcony with lovely mountain views. Enjoy all the amenities of our resort including our indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, game room, billiards, and ping-pong. On site coin-operated laundry, free parking, free shuttle service to Loon Mountain During Ski Season.
HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Rick is the best host, so welcoming and responsive. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we could need. The views from the balcony were amazing. The bus from the lodge to the ski resort was a huge plus, it made our days so much easier!

This was a very cozy and comfortable studio! Really amazing location with cute shops/restaurants you can walk to. My only con was the shower drain did not drain well so you’d be standing in a lot of water by the end of your shower and the bathroom fan is covered with a thick layer of dust - both very fixable things. Thank you for the lovely weekend away!

We had a wonderful stay at this NH condo. It was very clean and perfectly located for easy access to hiking trails and Loon Mountain. The kitchenette was ideal for quick breakfasts, though we chose to enjoy the local restaurants for dinner. Several excellent options are just a short walk from the property. The common great room was also a lovely place to relax. The walls are a bit thin, so you may hear loud conversations, but overall the stay was great and we’d happily return.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. Location was perfect. The condo was well equipped with towels, kitchen, and even a crib (which we didn’t need but nice for families). The owner was great at communicating. The building was clean and had a nice pool. The view out the back porch was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Accomodations.

Convenient and Comfortable

This was a great place to stay for easy access to the Kancamagus Highway, snowshoeing, tour at Rhythm Cider, and shopping and eating in Sugar Hill and Littleton. Comfortable room and lovely view of the mountains! Host was very communicative and instructions were clear and simple. Glad we found this place!

Nice condo and convenient to Loon skiing.

Stayed with two teenagers. Condo fit our needs well. First time skiing Loon Mtn. Convenient options for food within walking. Pull out couch bed was comfortable. View from back porch was great for morning coffee.

Excellent weekend stay!

Could not be more pleased with our stay! The suite was incredibly clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for a weekend getaway with full kitchen setup and large bathroom. Literally RIGHT behind Gordi’s restaurant, so within a 5 min walk through the parking lot to get to multiple restaurants and pubs. 5 minute shuttle ride to Loon that runs all day. Super clean heated pool and hot tub. Don’t hesitate to book!

Clean and comfortable!

This was our second time staying here. It was so nice to know we were going to stay somewhere that was clean and no surprises. Bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Communication is also great as well. The location of this property is perfect. Within walking distance of some great restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Also close to many attractions.

A great "base camp" for our hiking!!

We stayed here for 4 nights, great location for us and our hiking adventures! This unit was clean, neat and comfortable. The kitchen was supplied well enough for our needs, a comfortable bed and some pretty darn awesome shower pressure! There are several good places to get a coffee, breakfast or dinner close by, even a grocery store. We would not hesitate to find our way back here again. Rick (the host) was very attentive to responding to our messages and great with communicating. The check in process was simple.

Great weekend getaway

We visit Lincoln NH every summer and this is our second time staying at this property in the same room. We love the property as it is right on the pemi river and this room has a view of the river from the balcony. The host is great.. friendly, communicative and easy to work with. we will be back again next summer!

Wonderful location

We loved staying at this condo. Convenient to hiking and attractions, clean, nice decor and attention to detail. The balcony offers lovely view of the river which you can hear at night with windows open. Rick was a pleasure to deal with and a very responsive as well. Highly recommend!
