We had a wonderful stay at this NH condo. It was very clean and perfectly located for easy access to hiking trails and Loon Mountain. The kitchenette was ideal for quick breakfasts, though we chose to enjoy the local restaurants for dinner. Several excellent options are just a short walk from the property. The common great room was also a lovely place to relax. The walls are a bit thin, so you may hear loud conversations, but overall the stay was great and we’d happily return.

This was a great place to stay for easy access to the Kancamagus Highway, snowshoeing, tour at Rhythm Cider, and shopping and eating in Sugar Hill and Littleton. Wonderful location

We loved staying at this condo. Convenient to hiking and attractions, clean, nice decor and attention to detail. The balcony offers lovely view of the river which you can hear at night with windows open. Rick was a pleasure to deal with and a very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here. It was so nice to know we were going to stay somewhere that was clean and no surprises. Bed is comfortable and everything is clean. Communication is also great as well. The location of this property is perfect. Within walking distance of some great restaurants for dinner and breakfast. Also close to many attractions.

Great weekend getaway

We visit Lincoln NH every summer and this is our second time staying at this property in the same room. We love the property as it is right on the pemi river and this room has a view of the river from the balcony. The host is great.. friendly, communicative and easy to work with. we will be back again next summer!

Excellent weekend stay!

Could not be more pleased with our stay! The suite was incredibly clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for a weekend getaway with full kitchen setup and large bathroom. Literally RIGHT behind Gordi’s restaurant, so within a 5 min walk through the parking lot to get to multiple restaurants and pubs. 5 minute shuttle ride to Loon that runs all day. Super clean heated pool and hot tub. Don’t hesitate to book!

Anniversary getaway

What a lovely little place this is! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view of the river from the porch was an excellent bonus! The owner, Rick, is excellent at keeping up with communication. We knew exactly what to expect, how to get into the building and the room, and he was available for any questions we had by phone or text. It was a wonderful experience!

Perfect for two night stay for three of us!

My wife, 9yr old daughter, and I stayed here for two nights in mid-Feb and it was PERFECT! Super clean, exactly as described, with plenty of space for all three of us. Our daughter slept on the pull-out sofa and we cooked all our meals in the kitchen, sharing a fun few days together. We skied each day at Loon and this studio was exactly what we needed for the stay. Would 100% recommend and will definitely stay in this same unit again for future Loon trips. Rick was awesome and super communicative, we felt right at home!

Great Condo with a Gorgeous View

This condo was absolutely perfect for 2 people. Theres a full stove and oven so you can cook. Dishes, glasses, and silverware are all provided. Towels were also provided. The bed was very comfortable. Theres a balcony with a gorgeous view of the river and mountains. I honestly couldnt be happier with my stay, I would return in a heartbeat.

Clean and great view!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a little getaway. As we entered the room we were pleasantly surprised at how pictures didn't do it justice. The view outside was beautiful and the sound of the river behind was so relaxing. The condo was very clean, the bedding was comfortable and it had everything we needed.The location is perfect. Close to a lot of restaurants and activities. This will definitely be a place we will be returning to and we recommend this place.

A great "base camp" for our hiking!!

We stayed here for 4 nights, great location for us and our hiking adventures! This unit was clean, neat and comfortable. The kitchen was supplied well enough for our needs, a comfortable bed and some pretty darn awesome shower pressure! There are several good places to get a coffee, breakfast or dinner close by, even a grocery store. We would not hesitate to find our way back here again. Rick (the host) was very attentive to responding to our messages and great with communicating. The check in process was simple.

I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed the unit. You could tell it’s been kept up and had a few upgrades over the years, and it was a corner unit with a view of the mountain which was nice. The manager was in touch via email and text, so I feel like if we had any issues(which we didn’t) he would have responded quickly. We were there to ski at Loon, and this location was perfect for that. Right in the middle of Lincoln!
