Under staffed, no towels, no plugins by the beds, lights by the bed didn’t work, light bulbs were out, no checkout, instructions, and the walk way (old plywood) to the room didn’t feel that safe.

I cannot review this hotel as we never stayed there. Hard to find the hotel when there is not a sign outside. Upon check-in we were told that Expedia over booked around 40 people. So we did not have a room. We were not able to find a room as we were in town for a concert and they were booked. The only positive was I got a full refund after talking to Expedia.

Bathroom: At check-in no towels, no cups, no soap in shower. Roaches came out at night, toilet almost clogged when used “lightly”; shower clogged because drain was not clear. Phone in room unplugged, some lights did not work; Door lock was dodgy—you had to swipe the ‘magic’ card then body slam the door to open it. On the positive side, the beds were clean and importable; the day manager was a nice guy who appeared overwhelmed but did his best. Recommendation: if you are after an adventure, you might begin here.

tried to check in after already having a reservation booked. upon arrival I was immediately turned away by the front staff saying "no. you can't stay here. we overbooked. there's no rooms. there's only one room and it's a one king bed but the TV doesn't work" there are no other options. meanwhile I had a car full of 7 people wanting to relax after a long day only for me to tell them we can't stay here and everything else in Lincoln was booked. the inside smelt awful and the outside of the building was run down, signs broken, trash everywhere. in a way I'm glad I didn't get the room because after seeing the property I was not excited to stay there. I will not try this place again nor recommend it to anyone

Poor communication, and deceiving.the clerk asked for 100. Cash deposit which I thought was very unusual The clerk insisted stated will give cash back the next day. Only stayed there one night and we informed the clerk will be leaving very early the next day. After he ran the card for the deposit of the 100.00 he told us to call early (4:00 am appx) and he will refund. The next day we did as he told us only to find out the story changed and he would refund within 24 - 48 hrs. Now it has been over 10 days and still no refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card Co and I am wanting. In the mean time I called the hotel again asking for the refund the same clerk told me it was up to the owner to refund and he did not know when. I Would not recommend this place or will reserve here again.traveler beware.

They had no toilet paper at all I called the front desk and they didnt have any to give me. No towels were in the room. Only 3 lights were working in the whole room, I was not able to get a refund. The hotel staff was not in the office I had to call him and wait 5 minuets for him to open the door outside. All and all a terrible experience and i will not come back.

We didn't see an ice machine anywhere, or coffee (in this room anyways...just the coffee maker) but everything else was good!!! The room was spacious and full sized fridge was a plus too. Staff was friendly.

There was no sign on the hotel, not ideal for finding it. TV did not work, wifi worked, but not well. No towels in the room. The sink wouldn’t drain and the toilet was really noisy for quite a while after flushing. Neighbouring room kept us up partying all night, no enforcement of any noise restriction for later at night. But, I will say that the man at the front desk was kind and friendly. We for sure would not stay there again, a true dive.

The facility had no reservation for me & was full. I had to travel an hour outs of Lincoln to find a place to stay. Today the is a pending no show charge to my card. I SO NOT BE CHARGED FOR A STAY I WAS DENIED!!!
