"Several heat/ac units in room, but only one worked. At least, ours did. No towels for shower, so we had to call front desk—but no phones in room. Shower nozzle sadly dropped and would only spray down. Water pressure is a suggestion. The breakfast had room temp coffee requiring the microwave to heat up. "
