“A Cool old house and we enjoyed our stay!!!”

“The cabin is really cute and well stocked, the deck is truly wonderful, we just picked the wrong week to stay somewhere with no air conditioning. Yes, there are plenty of fans and if you don't mind the heat it won't bother you. Checked the weather for the following week and it would have been exceptional to be there that week! The water is gorgeous- clean and clear, the beach is beautiful, with amazingly soft sand. Would definitely stay there again! ”

“It’s a good location to do everything Northern east coast from Mackinac Island to Tawas and points inland. The cabin is spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but you don’t want to spend a lot of time in there anyway. Communication with the host was/is excellent and timely. The screen on the door needed repair when we arrived, but I contacted the host to inform them that it was like that when we arrived, so all was good. We enjoyed the beach, Oscoda, Tawas, and……

Our family had a place up on the lake for over 50 years, but sold it a couple years back, so it was so nice to come back to the area. We loved our stay and created many wonderful memories here. We hope to rent it again soon! ”

“Wonderful location right on the water with soft sand. The vball net and soccer balls/goals for were a welcome addition as well. One minor downside was that most of the outdoor plastic chairs at our cabin were usable but damaged and cracked. ”

“Our family of 7 (5 adults, a 4-year-old and 10-month-old) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The beach and the lake were amazing, as were the various areas on the property to enjoy. The grassy backyard was great for our 4-year-old grandson to run and play on, and he enjoyed the air hockey table in the garage. The firepit area was great for our bonfire night with s’mores, and the platform between the cottage and lake with blue chairs on it was perfect for stargazing on a few……

The host was great, we had a little hiccup the first day, and he handled it immediately, was very nice and easy to get ahold of! I was a little nervous because there was no air conditioning but we opened the windows and it was perfect. We would definitely book here again”

“Wonderful week at a remote waterfront Lake Huron house. Bring everything you will need, as you are 30 minutes north of Oscoda and about 30 minutes south of Alpena. There is a dollar general nearby and a wonderful restaurant 10 min north but true shopping is limited. The house is spacious and located just off a rocky shore beach point with great access for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. Recommend bringing drinking water as well. We stayed with 16 guests, 10 children, and……
