Located in the heart of the Historic Bayside Community, The cottage is just a short stroll to the Bayside Village pier, where children can enjoy the playground, shoot hoops at the basketball court, or take a refreshing swim in the bay.
In the opposite direction, Kelly Cove Beach awaits — a peaceful spot for picnics, sea glass hunting, and soaking in spectacular coastal views. Just a few blocks away, you’ll find the Northport Golf Club, the Bayside Store, and The Hoot — a beloved farm-to-table restaurant offering fresh, local fare.

Step onto the front deck and into an open-concept living space with modern coastal vibes. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area are perfect for gathering and sharing meals. Downstairs also features a guest bathroom with shower and a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms furnished with new beds, along with a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms include TVs with streaming services for winding down after a day of adventure.
