"Our plane arrived to late for the shuttle service. Uber was $23. Check in was easy. However the pool and hot tub are both out of service. There are new toilets and mattresses in the lobby. The elevator floor was disgustingly dirty and needed to be swept. Our room was on the 4th floor. Shower looked sketchy. Sink drain had a q tip and old tooth paste lid down in it. The furniture drawers barely functioned. 2 queen beds with new mattresses that were comfortable enough for one night. Only 2 pillows on each bed, manager said we could come down to lobby for additional. Comforter and curtains had tears in them. Room phone did not work so had to call customer service and go through phone system to get the front desk. No blow dryer in room, had to go get one from housekeeping. Breakfast was disgusting. Close to Dunkin and Starbucks luckily. Close to airport. The guy that drove the shuttle in the morning was super nice and friendly. Overall all the workers we interacted with friendly. People walking halls late talking loudly and again at about 0600 loud talking and loud music playing in 2 separate rooms… got to listen to a drum beat and Aretha Franklin RESPECT simultaneously. I would not stay here again."

"Checking in at the front desk, which had a Plexiglass screen, did not give a good first impression. While we were checking in, another guest was complaining to another receptionist about the fact that he had been at the hotel for 3 days and that the TV in his room was still not working despite having complained each day. From there, we took the elevator, which was painted red in the company colors. However, there was a 2 - 3 square inch section of the red paint that had flaked off revealing part of the previous owner's logo. From there, we got off the elevator at the 4th floor and walked along the corridor to our room. Halfway to our room, There was a plastic waste bin in the middle of the floor to catch water dripping from the ceiling. the mattresses in our room were decades old. That said, we slept OK, but on the way out, there was only coffee available. Breakfast is not served. Definitely not up to the standard of other hotels in the area."
