4 stars for Staff. The Front Desk Staff - GREAT! Mia at the Front Desk - lovely person. The Room Cleaners - let’s put it this way, if you’re only staying 2 or 3 nights, make your own bed and keep them out of your room. If you have to let them in, lock up all of your stuff.
