This hotel was located in a very dirty, barren area of the Bronx. I contacted the hotel days before about my accommodations, was told I was to get certain rooms that I wanted as far as location, once I arrived, that did not happen. No responsibility was taken for any of the issues I encountered, front desk was very dismissive with an attitude that they did not care. Communication between all members of the front desk and how they communicate and resolve issues amongst themselves & clients was abhorrent! I almost missed my airline flight because the valet employee fell asleep in the garage and didn’t get out my car in time!!
Employees should take a course in customer service and learn how to interact with the public better. I would never stay here again, even if it was complementary!
