Auch rund herum gibt es viel zu entdecken, ob ein Spaziergang durch den Ort oder Wandern durch die umliegenden Felder. Steinhude bietet auch ganz viel: Badeinsel, Rundfahrt über den See oder Adventure-Golf. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist das Tropicana in Stadthagen zu empfehlen. "

"Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Es sind nur ein paar Meter bis zum Wasser. Die Kneipen/Gaststätten sind alle schnell erreichbar. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es von der Lautstärke angenehm ruhig. Eine Schule ist in der Nähe. Da wird es in den Pausen morgens etwas lauter. Stört aber nicht, da man dann ja am bzw. auf dem Wasser ist bzw. in der Landschaft wandert ;-)Der Zoo in Hannover ist eine Reise wert.
