However there is no WiFi and very poor mobile reception resulting in no means of using your mobile in addition there are no Televisions in the rooms or in the communal area so entertainment is very limited. I really think they need to sort this out. That apart the stay was very pleasant ”

“This property and their grounds are STUNNING! I have never stayed at a respite like this in my entire life! I’ve traveled the world and must say, besides Giraffe Manor in Kenya, this was the most beautiful accommodations I’ve experienced. “Two black marks against my name on our arrival as we arrived a whole 5 mins before time - and I perched on a stool in the hallway to say hello to the dog to be told I mustn’t sit on the stool as it’s an antique!! Welcome !! The breakfast was pretty basic - and we had to pre-order the one pastry that we were entitled to - it was placed in a dish on the buffet table, but we weren’t supposed to touch it until it was served to us ... I won’t elaborate on the instructions for transferring the……

“check in 的日期是1/1，剛好是西方的新年！於是在入住前幾天收到mail告知，櫃檯人員可能不在！於是給了我一組號碼，可以在入口旁的機器自助check in!但我試了好久都失敗！還好門口有貼張告示，如果有任何問題可以找對面的IBIS的櫃檯幫忙！找了他們幫忙後，也是弄了一陣子才終於check in 成功@@整個耗時約40多分鐘！入住的第一天共用廁所和浴室比較髒，應該是因為人員休假的關係，隔天就恢復比較乾淨～房間還不錯，空間也還算大！”
