“Cute house in a great location, Walking distance to downtown Bay City. Had some plumbing issues and the property manager was quick on getting service. Rooms were spacious, large dining table and cozy living area. Bathroom upstairs needs work and the shower in the downstairs needs to be fixed”

“Crabtree Place was a great weekend getaway. We loved the 60s feel. It has a great vibe. All beds were comfortable and the house clean. We had everything we needed to make meals and found goodies like a popcorn maker to use on the stove. The hosts were responsive and clear with communication. We enjoyed downtown Midland and Dow Gardens on our visit. We did play some games provided by the host. We will happily return the next time we need to be in this area.”

“This was the best vacation ever. The booking and communication was phenomenal the house was perfect and very clean. I very much appreciated all the little extra's they provided such as tin foil, plastic zip lock bags, spices and so much more of those little things you just don't think of.
