Located just 25 minutes from Stephenville and Tarleton State University, and a short scenic drive to the historic downtowns of Granbury (35 min), Weatherford (35 min), Mineral Wells (20 min), and Fort Worth’s Stockyards and Dickies Arena (50 min), this spot offers the best of rural serenity and city access. DFW Airport is just 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked gourmet kitchen complete with a 6-burner gas range, microwave, Keurig and Nespresso coffee makers, and all the tools you’ll need to whip up and serve everything from a country breakfast to a five-course feast.

The cozy living area features a comfortable sofa and recliners, plus a Firestick-equipped TV, DVD player, and plenty of space to kick back and relax.

We came for Parents Weekend at Tarleton State University and didnt want to stay in town due to the amount of people expected for the weekend. The property and home is beautiful and an easy drive to Stephenville. We will definitely be back next time we visit our daughter!
