“We had an absolutely wonderful post-cruise stay at Casa do Principe! This was our second stay here in three years and we look forward to returning! “Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby.
During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more.
We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted.

“A lovely hotel with a small garden area and plunge pool, a little oasis in the middle of Lisbon. Loved our panoramic terrace room, with views over the rooftops to the castle. Very friendly and helpful staff, including Diogo, Ruth and Uran. Lovely breakfasts, including eggs cooked to order. Great restaurant recommendations from the staff especially Ruth. 😊”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Lisbon Portugal. The rental was nice and the host was very accommodating. We would recommend this location for others who wanted to stay in Lisbon. The only request we would have for this location is to please highlight the number of steps into the living area. This would be difficult for any one with walking disabilities or other disabilities due to no elevator. The prepared food was excellent, and the location was excellent as well.”

"The water button in the shower room had poor contact; in addition, during the stay, the service staff used the master key to enter the room without knocking, which frightened the roommates. I hope the hotel will review the equipment and educate the service staff to pay attention. Other service quality is very good and feedback is quick."

"Excellent location and cleanliness. Much better if staff has more compassionate at work. Suggest the staff at counter preparing omelette can make sunny eggs also, instead saying no but asking them to get them on plates but actually none instead, and collect city tax upon checking-in rather than checking out to expedite the process.
