There was plenty of room for our ten guests. It is actually two connected apartments. (We did not need the extra living room and kitchen.) The beds were hard but some of our party preferred that. We stayed in June but the breeze from the water was all we needed to keep cool, we did not use the air conditioning. Loved the view of the ocean but the noise from the train tracks next door was loud when the windows were open. Loved having the two elevators, especially when moving luggage or groceries. There are two small groceries just around the corner. The decorations were interesting but the apartment could use a little maintenance.The hosts were helpful. Would recommend for a large group.
