Regarding your review, we regret that you did not mention that it is due to the difficulty you had in using the espresso coffee machine that we provide in all apartments, namely due to the use of coffee capsules that are not compatible with the machine, which caused its destruction. As we always told you during your stay, you could always contact us via whatsapp or any of our phone numbers, or directly at our reception during opening hours, and clarify any questions or ask for help from our team. We hope that on your next visit to Lisbon we will be able to show why our guests recognize the quality of our unit through their excellent reviews. Best regards,

Dear Customer, thank you for your preference towards 54 Santa Catarina Apartments. We regret that on your last stay you did not experience the usual comfort. Due to Coronavirus, and for everyone's protection, we had to implement a set of additional procedures, different from what our regular customers are aware of. With regard to cleaning, we have been paying special attention, which, as you know, forced your check-in to take a little longer, since, at check-in when you asked to change the apartment you booked, and although the new apartment was already clean, we had to carry out a sanitation cleaning (as we do in all apartments before check-in's) to ensure its safety. Additionally, and as we inform all our customers, we are always available for any need, so we regret that you did not tell us about your displeasure during your stay so that we can make your experience equal to what you are used to. We hope to be able to count on a new visit from you, so you can see that your comfort remains the same as you are used to.
