酒店不是處於市中心，房間分配很舊，沒有熱水壺提供，可能是網上預訂。網上其實還有新的房間，但沒有分配給我，很是失望。除了地下大堂重新裝修過，其餘是一般，但早餐非常豐富。

Claudia, Gonzo and the entire staff where amazing and generous! The hotel itself is something to behold, and the breakfast they have for you is also amazing. My wife and I can't say enough about this place. It was a real gem!

My wife and I loved our stay at this hotel. The property was in a great location, was clean, safe and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast offered every morning was fresh and delicious. Our room was very nice and spacious, with nice seating areas and plenty of storage. Our bathroom however was very small and shower challenging to use. The common space in hotel (Lobby, seating areas) was also small. But overall we loved our 5 night stay at Alecrim ao Chiado and would stay there again for sure.

Great boutique hotel in the middle of where you want to be. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, public transportation, and sightseeing. The staff was so helpful and accommodating during our entire stay. They even helped to arrange private transportation round trip from the airport before our arrival (per my request). Our room and bathroom were a good size-double sinks and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was great-good assortment of pastries, breads, cereals and made-to-order eggs each morning. The hotel is multiple levels-breakfast is in the basement and a majority of the rooms are on the second floor. There is not an elevator-which was not an issue for us. Our room did overlook the main street and we could hear people going home after the bars closed, but since we were there in the off-season it wasnt too bad. Our room did have wooden shutters on the inside as well as heavy curtains so that helped block the noise a little. I would absolutely stay here again.

An absolute winner!
What a wonderful boutique hotel. This gem of a hotel is in the perfect location in Chiado area. Close to many restaurants, shops and bars, and the famous tram 28 stop. The welcome is warm and the service is outstanding. The breakfast is delicious and very well presented with fresh orange juice, fruit salad, eggs your way and lots of other delicious options. The breakfast staff and reception staff go out of their way to please you. A beautiful cake was presented at breakfast for my hubby's birthday which was a great surprise. Rooms are spacious, so comfortable and very well appointed. We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in 80 years of world traveling. The historic property was beautifully restored. The location was excellent. The staff were extremely personable, attentive and helpful in every way. The breakfast was superb. If 10 stars was possible I would give it them 10.

We recently stayed at this property and had a very enjoyable experience. Staff were extremely helpful and attentive from the moment we checked in, Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed, and the breakfast was fantastic. The location was excellent - located just three blocks up from the train station, Time Out Market and Av. 24 de Julho main street. If you are looking for a memorable boutique hotel experience in the heart of Lisbon then we highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay in Lisbon, pre or post cruise
Booked Alecrim ao Chiado for extra time in Lisbon after cruise, and was absolutely delighted with everything in this lovely boutique hotel. The location is great - a short uphill walk to old town with restaurants and downhill to waterfront, and close to buses and trams. The bedrooms are clean, spacious and well decorated, the breakfast is delicious and all staff are very friendly and helpful. They pre-arranged taxi transfers from the ship to hotel, and from hotel to airport for us, and all arrangements worked well. No hesitation to recommend and will stay there again if visiting Lisbon.

This cute little hotel is in the absolute best area for getting around the city and you all the highlights- St Jorges, pink street, time out market, etc. it was noisy at night as people have mentioned but all the hotels in this area are and the location is worth it.

From the booking and prior to arrival there was a great level of very helpful and immediate communication. Check in and check out were professional and friendly as was our whole experience. The room was amazing, constantly kept clean, staff were superb, friendly and helpful-felt like being with friends. The breakfast was great too. Wish I could say bad things to keep the place a secret for our next trips to Lisbon! The building was amazing too, easy to get to, close to many sights and travel points too.

It’s an adorable property in terms of the room and over all decor. Location is fantastic in terms of things to do and proximity to metro and 28 trolley. There isn’t an elevator lots of steps on a very steep hill on the road, no one to help you check out early with baggage down the steps. Not ideal for an older or disabled person, or quite frankly anyone who is not strong enough to take luggage up or downstairs, or not in great shape to walk cobblestone hills. The billing is confusing, my reservation said I owed only one night but when I got there they said, Expedia did not charge it’s just to reserve the room. Expedia price and notification to me was in dollars via American Express. When I tried to check in using the Amex card they advised they did not take American Express. They charged us in Euro not Dollars which is higher than the agreed upon fee you/Expedia sent me. Like I said the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good the one day we were able to eat (we had an early check out they left us crackers jam and fruit in the room) , but everything else was disappointing, we would like a refund for the overcharge on the euros vs dollar additional charge.

Dear Julie, I am sorry to read you didn’t enjoy your stay with us. Our clients wellbeing is our major priority. However, please let me clarify some points you wrote here: In Europe you are always charged in Euros and not in dollars. The exchange from dollars to Euros in your reservation was not made by the hotel. It is made by Expedia. So, if you have any questions about it, please contact Expedia directly. The hotel only follows Expedia’s instructions. When you book a room through Expedia you have the option of paying immediately to Expedia or to pay at the hotel. your option was to pay at the hotel. Concerning the Amex, if you see your reservation you can check all cards we accept. Amex is not one of them.Concerning carrying luggage, please note that we always carry all guests luggage from 7 am until 1 am. Out of this hours we don’t have the reception open and this is the reason why you didn’t have our help to bring your luggage downstairs at your check out. Breakfast: our breakfast opens away 7:30 until 11:00. When our guests leave earlier we provide something for them to eat before leaving. It’s only a kind gesture that you don’t find in many places around the world. Saying this, I hope you have enjoyed to visit Lisbon. Kind regards

El lugar es fantástico con una inmejorable ubicación a pocos metros de todo lo que te puede interesar como turista. Great property - heart of the nightlife district
Stayed here for one night on a stopover from Paris to the US (if flying TAP airlines, take full advantage of the stopover option). We did a day trip and arrived here in the late afternoon. The property was great. Recently revamped, the room was spacious and very clean. Standup shower was an added bonus. We were in room 6, which, if you read the reviews, has some issues with noise from the big door being knocked on all during the night. I don't know if we were just so tired from our week in Paris that we didn't notice it, or if it just wasn't that bad, but it didn't bother us. You are in the heart of the nightlife district here (3 min walk). We were here in the winter on a Friday and the area started getting really busy around 10pm when we were done with dinner. Our tour guide and also Uber drivers told us that during the summer, it is wall to wall people on the weekend nights and that the clubs don't open until 1am. If you are light sleeper, you may want to keep that in mind. Definitely a great property and one I would return to if back in Lisbon.
