Bruno provided the most comprehensive welcome we've received in VRBO accommodation. The apartment is spotless, comfortable, quiet, well located, and stocked with everything we needed. We stayed here on the recommendations of friends who had stayed earlier, and received the same consistent service and support. I would happily stay here again.

Above and beyond

We loved the accommodations -- enough room for us to spread out. We have no complaints.The location was superb for us -- we could explore on foot in lots of directions. Attractions like the Tower of Belem were an easy Uber ride away.They arranged reliable transportation for us to and from the airport (driver even showed up early on the last day!)And -- on the day that all of Portugal lost power -- Ana showed up in the evening to check on us and took my phone to charge from her electric car.We couldn't ask for a better host and we look forward to returning since our son lives in Lisbon.

Absolutely wonderful!

Perfect stay! Wonderful location, very clean, new, and bright flat. From start to finish, Ana and her son, Pedro thought of everything. Excellent communication and response time and were very gracious and accommodated our late arrival. They greeted us at the flat (and carried our luggage up the stairs!) with gelado, pastel de nata, a bottle of porto, basic necessities, including an espresso machine complete with coffee. Really enjoyed the comfortable mattress, luxurious bedding, towels and amazing bathroom with plenty of storage in the deep drawers for all your toiletries. Shower was great too! They even have a motion activated night light in the bedroom. The helpful binders full of places to eat and attractions complete with walking directions, in addition to detailed instructions to operate all the appliance in the well stocked kitchen were indispensable. Would not hesitate to rent this property again or any of the other Courtesy Morning property. Obrigado.

A home away-from-home

Our family of 3 stayed just under a week, and it truly felt like a second home. This cozy apartment is perfect for a small family. The beds and linens were very comfortable and all of us slept like a dream. The best thing was taking a shower at the end of the day as the strong pressure of the rain shower was so relaxing. Friendly and thoughtful hosts included anything travelers might need and more. Our daughter was delighted by the toys and the neighbor's outdoor cat. One thing to note for is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up building and located on a very steep street. It's about 10-15 min to buses/metro/tram and easy to pick up a quick Bolt/Uber ride to get around. Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
