Small Room

This property is small. Upstairs is very hot as the air does not hit it. Unfortunately the homeless are right around the corner from you. The area is run down and does not appear to be very safe.

Terrible communication, great location

We had a terrible time trying to contact the host. We checked in late since we weren’t given the door code and when we finally did get in 2 of the beds had no linens, 1 half used roll of toilet paper, and only 2 sets of towels. (Yes all those things were supposed to be included and yes the host was aware of it being 4 guests). The only reason I’ll say it was good was for the location and AC. The location is perfect, it’s close to the metro station and walking distance to pretty much every attraction in the Lisbon area. Once we got the bedding and towels sorted out (we had to sleep without it the first night and didn’t get the bedding till 6pm) the place was great. I’d say the place would be perfect for 2 people but too crowded for 4 and the loft is cramped so don’t wake up and bonk your head.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Communication, Unclean Apartment, and Unreliable Amenities

Our stay at this property was unfortunately quite disappointing and stressful for a number of reasons.To start, the check-in process was terrible. Despite it being well past the check-in time, we received no response to multiple messages and phone calls for nearly two hours. Oddly, when my girlfriend called for the first time, the host answered right away—raising the suspicion that my calls were being ignored. The host blamed a poor internet connection, but by that point, we were seriously considering booking a different place as it was getting close to sundown.Once we finally got in, the apartment smelled dusty and stale. The bed sheets were stained and had hair all over them, and the bathroom had dark mold around the edges of the shower and sink. When we reached out to complain, the host took a long time to respond and then blamed *us* for not noticing these issues during our initial call. They eventually sent someone with new sheets—but not until the *evening of the next day*.The problems didn’t end there. The Wi-Fi was very weak and constantly disconnected, making it difficult to use. The TV didn’t work at all. And we never received a single message or any instructions about the check-out process—not even a simple "thank you" or "hope you enjoyed your stay."While the apartment
