Awesome Design Coupled with Incredible Location

Just Wow! The design of the property is outstanding and the perfect location makes this place a gem! Close enough to most major spots and transportation while still being quiet and peaceful. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The bed was comfortable and most everything you needed for a relaxing stay was there. There's a great full service grocery store within an eight minute walk to get your day to day essentials.Every step of the reservation, check-in, access and checkout process was simple and stress free. The few questions we had prior to arrival were answered quickly and efficiently.

Love the location lots of space

We had a wonderful experience overall, The location of the apartment was fantastic, and we appreciated the spaciousness. The bathroom was nice, the kitchen met our needs, and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the great water pressure and the easy checkout process.However, there was a noticeable sulfur smell coming from the bathroom that seemed to worsen over our stay. I realize I should have reached out to the owner about this issue, but since we were only there for two nights, I didn't. I did make sure to inform him about it afterward. Addressing this concern could significantly enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you!

Fabulous location

Apartment was nice. Building had a funky smell. Elevator and apartment door system a little tricky. Location great! Found a finger nail stuck in the kitchen sink, yuck! Could use a little bit more detail to cleaning

Perfect Location

Lovely apartment just steps from bars, restaurants, riverfront and the Metro. We were told in advance about construction at the back of the building but there was no impact on our enjoyment of the property.

Mostly pluses but some minuses.

The apartment itself is excellent. Modern, very well furnished and equipped and well located within downtown Lisbon. However the elevator is old, noisy and out of service the day of our arrival and we had not been pre advised. From ground floor 0 to floor 4 where the apartment was located involved walking up very dimly lit steep steps to floor 4. The door on the left of the dysfunctional elevator on floor had a code panel and the code worked. However the code was apparently changed the day before our departure date. A nearby hotel helped us contact the offsite property management. They proved capable of opening the apartment door remotely. The apartment itself is excellent but perhaps best suited to the young and adventurous because of access issues and no on site management.

Great Location

This place is located in a great location you can walk everywhere that was great .. The building is under construction but you never hear noise seems like they work during the day when most people are out.. It would have been helpful to know how to use the very old elevator before arrival.. and the listing shows bidet but there is no bidet … we had some issues with the toilet but we managed … The location is so great !

Very Disappointing

What you don’t see in the nice picture is: Bed had no fitted sheet, just a top sheet that was too small to tuck in, so it stayed in a wad. Kitchen had no ice trays, dish towels or paper towels. Bathroom light flickered, and was often so dim, you could barely see to brush your hair. The toilet noisily “ran” after every flush. The entire apartment smelled overpoweringly like sewer gas. The entrance was filled with construction materials and everything was dusty & dirty, as was the elevator. The balcony is about 20” wide with 2 short stools, so not exactly a lounging experience. They had left a little bouquet of flowers which would have been a nice touch had they not been wilted and in slimy, rancid water. Communication with the manager was completely 1 way. No response to my inquiries, except to provide 1 dish towel and a roll of paper towels. “Free” parking came in the form of prepaid tickets which did not work and I ended up having to pay 135 euro for parking (which is really far away from the property). However, most egregious was on checkout day, we went in the morning to get a coffee and when we returned someone had been in the apartment while our belongings were still there. Once again, no response from the property manager as to who or why. If I’m not mistaken, that is certainly against VRBO rules, if not against the law. Without a doubt, the worst rental experience of our many travels.

Amazing apartment and location in beautiful Lisbon

The apartment was perfect with easy check in and codes. The location could not be better for easy access to restaurants, cafes, the river and transportation. Everything you need in walking or local metro!!

Nice Apartment in a Great Location

Very nice apartment, remote entry codes, great location for exploring the city. It is comfortably furnished, and has available parking. I dinged a star on cleanliness because my feet were dirty after walking around barefoot — but everything appeared nice and neat.

Short Stay Before Cruise

The apartment was as described, lots of restaurants and sites in the area within walking distance. Plenty of storage in the apartment itself, very comfortable bed, well-equiped kitchen overall. Would stay here again!

Spacious luxury living in the heart of Lisbon!

The apartment was even better than expected. The interior is very large and open. There is plenty of room for storing clothing and suitcases. It feels like staying in a full functioning home and is well equipped. The location was perfect! Very centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere. Cute restaurants and shopping are as close as just below the apartment. The area felt very safe. Even when walking back late at night we felt safe and the building and apartment have multiple pass code entries. Stay here!!

Perfect Location, Fun Apartment!

The location of this apartment could not be better - centrally located in Baixa - easy to walk to all of the amazing neighborhoods and sites. The attached building is currently under major construction (Oct 2023), so the entryway and stairwell is affected. It's not that big of a deal, but something to be aware of. The apartment itself is really fun and having a little balcony was great. The floor in the main part of the apartment was dirty, so we used sandals. The couch could also be refreshed - it smells a bit like cigarette smoke maybe. The bedroom and bathroom were perfectly clean though, and the bed is very comfortable. Even though this apartment is centrally located, and there was construction going on during the day, it was very peaceful and quiet at night inside the bedroom.

Great Location, Quite Comfortable

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a lot of storage for clothing and toiletries. It has air conditioning. The bed was quite firm but comfortable. The water pressure was decent and it did get hot. There is a clothes washer in the unit, but, as is typical in Portugal, there is no dryer. A clothing rack is provided. The faucet handle in the shower is broken. We managed to temporarily attach it. It did keep falling off, but stayed on if we held it. The shower drains very slowly and we had to be careful not to cause a flood. I reported both to the manager who stated that she'd have to send a technician, but she didn't and we were fine. The property is very well located. There is a luggage storage nearby (which we needed because there is no such thing as early check-in). There are souvenir shops selling water and toilet paper (another necessity although 1 1/2 rolls were provided). There are plenty of cafes and restaurants very close. Praca do Comercio is a 2-minute walk and the Metro station is about a 4-minute walk. Other restaurants and sites are within a 15-minute walk.

Superb apartment with great location to everything

My spouse and I really enjoyed out stay in this flat. Beautiful apartment. Great location to all, buses trams and trains. Location is superb for restaurants of every kind to the simplest but great food to the finest dinning available and all within walking distance. Close to transit to go to other areas of Portugal on day trips like the algarve coast, Cascais, Sintras, and you can even do an overnight trip to Porto. The flat is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal if you like as well. Lidl grocery is just a short bus trip down the road and is reasonable for groceries. Great way to feel and live like a local is Lisboa for the complete experience. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Quiet Block and Very Nice Apartment
