Good location and friendly staff
Arrived at Lisbon in the morning by sleeping bus, the hotel still managed to give me the room at 10am in the morning, which is much faster than I expected. The staffs are friendly and active for providing help or information of the city and transport. Will come back to stay here if I get chance to come to Lisbon next time!

離地鐵站近，附近有超市，很便利！ 唯一的缺點是沒電梯（這次我的經驗是：check in在二樓，房間在四樓，我搬大行李都快累死了）

Hotel located in downtown area, a very busy part of town, lots of traffic and noise. Hotel was in a convenient location to restaurants and bars. Rooms were simple and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.

L'albergo è molto pulito, anche negli spazi comuni. La reception è aperta H24. Il personale è fantastico, gentile, disponibile e molto simpatico. Sia all'arrivo (avvenuto prima del consueto orario di check in), sia il giorno della partenza, ci hanno tenuto senza alcun problema e costo in deposito i bagagli. Vicinissimo alla fermata della metro Anjos. Vicino c'è un'ottimo bar pasticceria per fare colazione Docel. Un caro saluto al personale ed in particolare a Paolo (credo si chiamasse così) che ha fatto divertire tantissimo nostro figlio di 9 anni.

Clean, Simple and Friendly
Enjoyed a 3 night stay, the room was small, clean and suitable. Staff were very friendly. 1 issue, the rooms are not sound proof as stated, there noise from inside the hotel one of the nights (banging and clattering).

We really enjoyed our stay at Estrela de Arganil. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. We also really liked the neighbourhood. The hotel is very close to the metro and is a walking distance from many great restaurants. I also appreciated the coffee machine on the first floor.

It was great. This place is a great starting point for trips around Lisbon and other places. Sometimes at night you can hear the subway, but we were tired enough that it didn't bother us at all.

Zero privacy... The property description reads the rooms are “soundproofed” – but this is not true; you can hear every incoming SMS ding from a phone in the adjoining rooms, and you can follow along all conversations word by word. This really should be addresses by the hotel. Further, the room images on the website show balconies, or at least windows. My room neither had a balcony, nor did it have a usable window (the only window was in the bathroom, with frosted glass, facing a wall). Staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. The property is about 20 minutes walking from the center/riverfront area.

Hotellet ligger nära metron och personalen var trevlig. Rummen va även rena. Däremot är det tyvärr det enda positiva att säga om detta hotell. Området kändes inte så roligt, många hemlösa som bodde längs med stråket utanför. Rummen marknadsförs som ljudisolerade på hotels men är motsatsen. Du hör alla konversationer i korridoren utanför rummet och när metron passerar under byggnaden skakar interiören. Sängen saknade bäddmadrass och vi tvingades bädda om och lägga en filt under lakanet för att inte känna sängens fjädrar i ryggen. Totalt sett var upplevelsen långt under vad som förväntats utifrån det betyg boendet har på hotels.com.

Good afternoon,We already regret the bad experience.However, as you must calculate, the administration of the hotel unit cannot control what happens outside it. The road is public and unfortunately, there is nothing we can do.As for the conditions of the services provided and the characteristics of the hotel, the customer's comments speak for themselves. But don't pretend to be 3 and 4-star hotel features for the price they paid.Note: Mattress is new. It was posted last week...

Hemos tenido una buena experiencia. La habitación tenía todas las comodidades. Era tercer piso por escalera, pero ya sabíamos antes de reservar que había escaleras. Hacían limpieza de la habitación a diario. El personal fue muy amable.

Excelente.. sempre que vamos a Lisboa nos hospedamos nesse hotel. Localização maravilhosa e perto do metrô . A equipe é mais que atenciosa, roupas de cama e banho excelentes, quarto e banheiros amplos e banho maravilhoso. A dica é que não tem elevador isso deve ser considerado para quem tem problemas de acessibilidade o que não é o meu caso. No mais foi tudo perfeito.👏👏

Egy egyszerű szálláshely. Semmilyen extra felszerelés: se hűtő, se vízforraló. Hideg volt éjszaka, nem volt plusz párna. Egész napos sétálás után a 3. Emeletre felgyalogolni nagyon fárasztó volt.
