Perfect location to explore Lisbon

This was the perfect location to explore Lisbon. Leo made our check in a breeze and was an absolute gem in making recommendations and checking in to see if there was anything that was needed during our trip. We were within walking distance of anything we needed. As noted in other reviews there are stairs to navigate. We didn’t mind because it helped burn some of the many calories we were consuming!

The apartment is in the perfect location if you want to eat and great, quaint places with very fun night life. The apartment was spotless and was larger than the photos. Would stay here again, no doubt.

Great apartment

Clean, convenient and comfortable for our short but sweet trip to Lisbon. Would very much recommend the apartment. Property management was very helpful and communicative with any questions we had. The apartment has all the necessities you will need. Check in and out process was very easy.

Beautiful space and great location!

Wonderful top condo in the Bairro Alto area. Walk outside to a street filled with charm and character. So many restaurants, shops, and bars to choose. Great central location to Bairro Alto, Chiada, Alfama. All so walkable. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Loved it

Very comfortable for two couples traveling together. Joao met us and was very helpful getting us settled into the apartment. Well furnished in the kitchen, bathrooms. We were greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and pastries for the morning.

Quiet stay in the heart of the nighlife

You could easily be in the middle of fado, gay nightlife and great city ambience with little inconvenience to your sanity. Great location, clean, helpful host and close to transport. We really lucked out!

Excellent stay

Joao greeted us at check in and was gracious and charming and gave great tips for restaurants. Location was excellent for touring Lisbon sights. The layout of the apartment worked really well. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, great apartment, quiet bedrooms

Our stay was excellent overall. Family of four, older daughters (17, 20). Apartment had excellent beds, everything you could need and was lovely. Quiet bedrooms (courtyard facing) even though it’s right in the middle of the entertainment area. Seemed very safe. You can walk to everything from great sights, great food/wine, pastry, grocery etc. Welcomed with wine and pastel de nata and friendly check in. The shower temperature is a little challenging to dial in I guess was only critique we could think of. Excellent VRBO and I would highly recommend.

Location, location, location!

Jorge's apartment was fantastic. The location was just the best, you are right in the middle of all the night life! However, remarkably, it's incredibly quiet with the windows closed. Besides the many flights of stairs to get up to the apartment, everything else is really nice. It was clean, comfortable beds, good A/C, coffee was provided, as well as toilet paper, paper towels and shampoo. We had a little issue upon arrival, door was locked and no-one there to greet us, Here, the communication could have been better. The restaurant owner across the street, Antonio, came to our rescue, setting us up with a nice outdoor table, a bottle of wine, and also called the owner to help us. There were circumstances beyond the owner's control preventing him from meeting us upon arrival, but there was plenty of time to send an email warning us of the situation. It was an issue, but in the end, a very small one. The other issue we had was that at the pillows and bedding were "Down" filled and two of our quests have allergies to down. Other than that, everything was wonderful. When we return, we will definitely stay at Jorge's place again!

Great location in Lisbon

Beautiful apartment in a neighborhood close to a famous bakery of the Portuguese specialty, Pastel de Nata, and other good restaurants. Thoughtful hosts have stocked the apartment with full compliment of kitchen needs and coffee pods, tea, sugar and a bottle of wine. Appreciated that the host representative met us at the site and gave us a hand with getting our bags up to the fourth floor.

4 night visit

Nice location, looks like pictures, little noise in front rooms at night but bedrooms quiet. Well appointed but could use a small microwave, and the shower temps take some patience to adjust. Lots of great restaurants in the area and convenient to Praca Camoes. I would stay again.

Absolutely lovely

Absolutely beautiful apartment in Barre Alto area of Lisbon. The apartment is very clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is it's own experience, full of positive energy. I have never worked with such gracious hosts. We will definitely be back and will plan a longer stay.

Amazing stay!

Jorge’s apartment was amazing. His brother, João, was so friendly and helpful. He was able to greet us and hold our luggage until we could check in. He gave us a very thoughtful welcome gift and great recommendations. I took the car suite and my brother took the dog suite. Was very comfortable with lots of character, yet clean and modern. The ac worked great. Couldn’t beat the location. Waking distance to everything and party right outside our door, yet quiet when windows are closed. Can’t wait to return!

An amazing apartment!

This was one of our very favorite European VRBO experiences. The neighborhood was delightful - full of nightlife and activity. But our bedrooms were totally silent. We loved having air conditioning. It was a heat wave while we were in town. And we enjoyed the layout of the apartment - lots of privacy and a nice pullout couch for our 14 year old. Our hosts were also kind and accommodating. I really can’t say nice enough things about them and the whole stay!

Great place

This was a very comfortable, well located apartment. You are steps away from tons of restaurants and shops. The host was responsive, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great stay! The apartment was cozy and in a perfect location. Lots of restaurants and nightlife in the neighborhood, and easily walkable to other parts of the city. The beds were very comfortable, and our host was super helpful and welcoming. I would stay there again!

Lovely Place and Super Location!

This place could not have been more perfect for our two couples. It was roomy and with 2 primary suites we had our own private space with a main living area to enjoy each others company. We would stay here again in a heartbeat should we come to Lisbon again!
