Welcome to Feels Like Home Anjos Cosy Place!

This apartment is steps away from the longest street in Lisbon, Almirante Reis.

You'll have a very nice stay if you decide to book this cozy and fully equipped apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two sofa-beds. There's also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. You can enjoy the city atmosphere standing on the balcony.

You are very close to Martim Moniz and Baixa. You have plenty of public transportation options (bus, tram, and subway) to get everywhere in the city. Enjoy!

Le pire a été le chauffe eau qui se deconnectait très régulièrement. Même si des échanges WhatsApp avec l'agence ( très réactive, je dois le dire) ont permis de savoir comment le retablir, c'était très, très déplaisant. Et j'ai l'impression que ce problème était déjà connu, ce qui est encore plus déplaisant ... Il faut savoir que certains d'entre nous ont quand même fini leur douche à l'eau froide . Autre point très négatif : les voisins extrêmement bruyants le soir et la nuit. On avait l'impression qu'ils deplassaient leurs meubles toute la soirée et cela deux jours de suite. A se demander si ce n'était pas volontaire pour dissuader ce type de location touristique. Je peux continuer la liste : literie des lits individuels qui laisse à désirer, le chauffage également (seulement deux petits chauffages électriques à déplacer pour tout l'appartement, donc on ne peut chauffer que deux pièces à la fois), grille pain qui fait sauter l'électricité, ...Bref, appartement très décevant. Les éléments négatifs ont largement pris le dessus sur les positifs. En résumé : Je déconseille sans hésiter.

Accommodations were spacious for 4 people, just as advertised in the listing. The apartment was clean and well setup. Location near metro station was very convenient.

Vernachlässigte Wohnung

Die Wohnung wird offensichtlich von einer Agentur verwaltet, die sich nicht um das Objekt kümmert. Die Einrichtung war verschmutzt, insbesondere das Mobiliar war fleckig und heruntergekommen. Der Fernseher war kaputt . Eine Steckdose war herausgerissen und eine Deckenlampe hing an einem Kabel aus der Deckenfassung -ganz offensichtliche Mängel, die bei einer Reinigung durch die Agentur bei einem Gästewechsel auffallen müssten. Die elektrischen Arbeiten inkl. Fernseher wurden an unserem letzten Reisetag abgestellt, voraus ging ein ermüdendes Hin- und Her mit der Agentur, das uns viel Kraft kostete. Selbst die zentrale Lage der Wohnung und die Nähe zur U-Bahn macht das heruntergekommene Mobiliar nicht wett. Wir haben in Lissabon über viele Jahre schon einige Grenzwerte Erfahrungen gemacht aber diese Wohnung war ein absoluter Tiefpunkt.

Appartement très bien situé, proche du tramway, métro et de nombreux commerces. Correspond bien au descriptif. Bonne taille pour une famille de 4.Literie de qualité. Il manque juste un decapsuleur et un tire bouchon...

Bien, mais…

L’appartement est très bien situé (à deux pas de la station de métro Intendente). Il est propre, bien agencé, et il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour. Il y deux bémols au tableau : le premier concerne les odeurs peu agréables (ascenseur, palier, balcon donnant sur la cour intérieure) qui nuisent à la qualité des lieux. Le second bémol est à porter sur l’isolation du bâtiment. Nous avons eu un voisin du dessus qui n’était pas franchement discret et les bruits de pas étalent audibles ( de 6 am à parfois 2am) Nous gardons toutefois un bon souvenir de l’appartement.

TOp Lage aber abgewohnt

Wohnung in Top Lage, wie immer sind die Bilder deutlich schöner als der Zustand. Helles Sofa ziemlich felckig - besser man macht Decfken drüber. Aber für 4 Tage Stadturlaub ok. Helle Zimmer da 4. Stock. Aufzug ist mit Koffern Gold wert.
