  • In one of Lisbon's most typical neighborhoods where Amália Rodrigues was born, find this fully equipped studio. With capacity for two people, with a very comfortable bed, you will delight in the numerous attractions that Lisbon has to offer, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Cable TV and WiFi Internet are included at no extra cost. All bed and bath linens are also included.
    NOTE: This apartment is 15m2.

    Guests must pick up their keys at our BmyGuest Welcome Center, located at Av. da República, 45 - 6th Floor - Office 3.


    Notes:
    1. All check-ins after 10 PM will have an additional cost of 30€.
    2. In case of difficulty accessing the Welcome Center, please contact us.

Some hardware problems but saved by the excellent location

The front door key was a poor fit and needed up to five minutes to open. The window frame was also broken. Apart from this the apartment was v small but great. Best of all - the location is brilliant!

Did not enjoy this place

We did not enjoy our stay . The fact that the window was broken and top of that there was no fan nor air conditioning. And the surprise deposit was absolutely absurd.

Déçu du logement

Le + du logement est son emplacement ( très proche du centre ) Le - et il y en a pas mal, ce n'est pas précisé qu'en venant du centre ça ne fait que monter mais monter très fort donc tout le monde ne peut pas y accéder. A peine la porte ouverte il y a une forte odeur d'egout tout le temps présente ... Tâches de moisissures a plusieurs endroits dans la salle de bain . Et le lit qui n'est pas un lit mais un canapé, ce 'est pas un matelas, il nous a bousillé le dos !!! Ensuite dans la petite cuisine il y a des casseroles mais pas de plaques chauffantes ...

Not so good experience

First, I would have to take taxi to the property manager's office to check in, with big luggage, which is only for finishing payment. I really don't think it is necessary and convenient for tourists. Second, the manager doesn't usually reply promptly... Third, the smell in the restroom is very weird, kind of like old house smell. Fourth, the clean job was not well done, I found food trash on the top of the sink when I move in, there were strawberries and onions. Fifth, the room is sooooo tiny, you can hardly walk through when you set the sofa bed down, oh, the sofa bed has a dent in the center. The last but not the least, mirrors were taped to the wall in restroom, and it fell from the wall at midnight, broke a mug, dropped to all my stuff to the restroom floor, and scared us badly.... I just hated to leave a review like this....

The worst stay ever

My wife and myself are world travelers. we had never had such experienced. let me explain: 1. Phone communications with the owner was very difficult to appoint that I needed the help of vrbo to make the contact. 2. The property location was the office location and until the last moment it was not clear that we were dealing with a company and not with an individual.so, directly from the airport, with all our luggage, we needed to go to the office and transfer ourselves to the location in the other side of town. 3. since we didn't know the location we were not aware of the fact that we needed to clime about 100 steps +a steep incline ,with our luggage, to get to the rental. We are 80 and 78 years old and it was not easy. No help was offered by the office. 4. The unit condition - There was a bad smell of sewerage from the bathroom. The bathroom vent was noisy and not effective at all.. The sink and the shower was leaking on the floor and dripping in the shower, making noise at night. The mattress was broken. The kitchen equipment didn't have instruction for use, like the Microwave and the Hot plate witch limited us the use of the kitchen. Some of the kitchen items were missing. I hope you understand the picture. it is a really a bad one and very bad reflection on VRBO .
