The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, and the second and third have two single beds. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The three bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Lisbon is Portugal's hilly, coastal capital city. The view from the imposing São Jorge Castle encompasses the old city's pastel-coloured buildings, Tagus Estuary and Ponte 25 de Abril suspension bridge. Nearby, the National Azulejo Museum displays five centuries of decorative ceramic tiles. Just outside Lisbon is a string of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Restelo, is just a 2-minute walk away.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
