Great property but checkin experience was not good

Booking process was little confusing as we had to enter card details twice at 2 different times, bokking was successful in second attempt. Property manager was prompt with their responses until the time of checkin. We were told that we could checkin at 1500 hrs not before, we arrived 10 minutes early and had to wait for almost 2 hours standing in the sun on roadside for the keys. Property manager did not respond to our messages, Vrbo responded but no action was taken by them to help us with the checkin. Location of property is fine, few departmentL store are close by. House was very clean and very well maintained, we loved our stay as a family. There is no air-conditioning in the house, which was not a problem for us. All in all 3 star for our stay due to issue we had during checkin, else we would have rated it much better.

On arrival found the apartment needed a good clean. Windows, dusting and stains on all lounge furniture and TV not working and showers need fixingI have sent photos previously Well appointed apartment great views and good location

Es un lugar tranquilo pero nada céntrico y no hay tiendas cerca. No hay servicio de dejar equipaje y es costoso, cuando llegamos a las 5 pm la casa estaba sucia y una persona se puso a limpiar, igual dejó todo sucio y el piso todo mojado fue una mala experiencia, no había toallas suficientes. Cuando escribí en la aplicación solo me dijeron, disculpe con el retraso, como si con eso se soluciona todo el problema. No lo recomiendo.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement était conforme à ce qui était annoncé. Grand, propre, spacieux, lumineux, et étrangement pas trop chaud ! Très agréable. Il reste cependant à revoir le fonctionnement aléatoire de la chaudière et quelques robinets à resserrer.. Superbe dans l'ensemble.

Apartamento excelente! Localização nota 1000! Cozinha bem equipada!! Sentimos falta da chave pra acessar o elevador a partir da garagem, pois a entrada possuia + de 20 degraus e uma das pessoas do grupo possuía mobilidade reduzida. No geral a hospedagem foi muito boa! Ah poderia ser mais flexível com horário de check-in.
