Warning

Building is only accessible by either down or up almost 80 steps. Not counting the additional 2nd floor walk up. Building is only accessible by car from the up staircase. Down staircase street is not car accessible unless you have a special pass. None of the above info was in the description. Only description was down play with a mobility vague warning. Apartment was definitely not inspected prior to our arrival. 2 bathroom sink faucets were not mounted securely to sink counter. Door knob was detached in one bedroom. Door knobs were also too tight. One can have trouble turning knob to open door with weak wrist or arthritis. Took management 2 days to response after I reported blinking kitchen light and a water leak from above floor. We were also greeted by a giant water bug in the bathroom at check in. Neighboring buildings are in very poor condition or state of restoration.
