The bedroom has a cosy king-size bed to ensure a restful night's sleep and plenty of storage spaces.

The bathroom is stocked with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment also opens onto a balcony, providing the perfect spot to savour the soft breeze and fresh air. Guests can also relax in the outdoor pool.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Nearby, cultural highlights such as the Cascais Cultural Centre and the Museu Condes de Castro Guimarães offer enriching experiences for those interested in art and history. The area also provides easy access to the scenic marina and the famous Boca do Inferno cliffs. With a balance of leisure, culture, and natural beauty, this part of Cascais is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy the best of what the town has to offer.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station, Av. Manuel Júlio Carvalho Costa (line 15), is just a one-minute walk away.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
