This delightful 60² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a modern and charming style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests.

The living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with ample storage space. The second bedroom features two single beds joined together on the same bed frame, along with a spacious dresser.

There is one complete bathroom with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, to make your stay even more comfortable. There is also a service bathroom available.

The apartment also opens onto a Juliet balcony, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Set in a tranquil yet well-connected part of Lisbon, this property offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the city's lively heart. The surrounding area is known for its authentic, local feel, with traditional Portuguese cafes, small shops, and beautiful, tiled buildings. You can enjoy a leisurely stroll to explore nearby historic landmarks, vibrant neighbourhoods like Mouraria, and incredible viewpoints that offer breathtaking panoramas of the city's unique landscape.

This location is perfect for guests who want to experience Lisbon like a local, away from the main tourist crowds but with easy access to all the major sights. The city's excellent public transport network is within easy reach, allowing you to quickly travel to popular areas such as Baixa-Chiado and the Alfama district. Whether you're interested in Fado music, delicious Portuguese cuisine, or simply wandering through historic streets, this spot provides a fantastic base for an unforgettable Lisbon adventure.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest subway station, Imtendente, is just a 15-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
