環境衛生欠佳多塵、有頭髮，地板及浴室骯髒，感覺不舒服。廚房用具不齊全以及不清潔，煮食不方便。晚上周圍環境嘈雜夜夜新歌狂歡，影響睡眠。只是床祳質素可以接受。

Great location. A bit noisy in the street. Strange with no Staffan at all and digital check-in. But overall, better than good.

Worst accomodation experience ever.
This was easily the worst accommodation experience I had in my life. The bedroom itself wasn't that awful, but the furniture was run down and you could see how cheap the admin is. To the level of broken toilet seat fixed with ducktape. The bidet also had some silvertape to its corners. Not very clean at all. Apart from this, there's a bar on the floor level that will play music until 3 am every night to the point where your walls will shake and you won't sleep. I was also overcharged on the tourist tax for my daughter which is 13 - tax is applied to 14s and on. The area is nice, though. Avoid!

Apartment on hill slope
The apartment was comfortable but not very clean as there were food stains on the stoves and the towels looked old. The main setback was the apartment was located on a hilly area and hence, it was very tiring to climb up the slopes early in the morning after travelling overnight for 10 hours, plus having to drag our luggage. In addition, the entrance to the apartment looked like along a back alley which was quite messy. There was no space for us to rest in the building while waiting for another few hours to pass to be able to check in. This apartment is NOT suitable for families or older people but can be a popular place for young hikers.

Great apartment
Great apartment, check in is very innovative and you won’t be dependent on the arrival time, contacting owners for getting keys, calling to arrange meeting and other headache that you usually experience renting an apartment. Be careful parking the car in the streets in Lisbon, though. We got window broken and the luggage was stolen from the car!

Non mi è piaciuto il divano aggiustato con lo scotch, le tapparelle che non scendevano e la muffa sulla tenda del bagno, inoltre mancava l'occorrente per la doccia o almeno una saponetta per lavarsi le mani. La posizione e la casa nel complesso sono buone.

Goed: de plaats van de locatie, van daaruit alles goed bereikbaar. minder goed: slechts contact per telefoon, geen persoonlijk 1 op 1 contact, inchecken digitaal. minder goed ook voor een appartement: er was slechts 1 glas, maar weer wel 10 borden , geen theedoek en in 4 dagen geen vervanging van handdoeken etc.

Talk to the receptionist by phone
The room is tidy but the area is noisy. The hotel is very near restaurants that open until midnight. There is no reception so if talking to a reception on a phone is not for you, just select other hotels nearby.

Die Wohnung war nicht ordentlich geputzt als wir ankamen. Haare im Bad und noch Dreck in Waschbecken und Dusche, auch der Boden schien nicht gestaubsaugt worden zu sein. Nach einem Anruf beim Management wurde die Wohnung nochmal geputzt. In der Wohnung befindet sich keine Seife oder ähnliches (zb zum Hände waschen). Die Lage ist allerdings klasse, nachts ein wenig laut, aber das war zu tolerieren.

The stay was fine, we didn’t get new towels or toilet paper the first day as our room was not serviced for cleaning for some reason and there was not a “do not disturb” sign on our door. Also the electric window shade was broken on one window so it let in a lot of light at night.

O hotel é bem localizado, só é um pouco complicado pra chegar de carro. Tivemos que subir ladeira e escadas com as malas para chegar até o hotel, mas isso não tirou o mérito do hotel, que é muito bom! Quarto grande, no meio do agito noturno do Bairro Alto, adorei isso! Perto de metrô e num local super turístico. Quarto e banheiro limpos. Por não ter recepção, pode parecer um pouco complicado, mas não é tão difícil desenrolar. Me hospedaria novamente, com certeza.

Great place to stay, a little noisy.
Room was really nice, spacious and clean. Check in was easy however because there was no reception, we struggled to arrange a taxi to the airport when we departed. The metro only runs from 06.30 and we had to leave at 04.00 and didn’t want to pay €30 per person for the shuttle the hotel would organise. If there was a reception we would have asked them to book us a taxi but instead had to ask a local to translate for us on the phone. Very noisy neighbourhood at night, especially at the weekend so had to sleep with our windows shut but it wasn’t too much of a problem. Otherwise the room and location was amazing.

Die Lage war sehr zentral und in der Nähe viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Leider war es daher auch sehr laut, was aber nicht allzu schlimm war. Ebenfalls aufgefallen ist uns, dass der Wasserdruck bei der Dusche sehr gering und damit das Duschen oder gar Baden etwas schwieriger war. Was aber wirklich ein Ärgernis waren folgende Punkte: 1. wir hatten ein Frühstück bestellt, welches bestätigt wurde aber nie an kam. ( es war Gott sei Dank noch nicht bezahlt) 2. aus unserem Kühlschrank verschwand Bier 3. unser Zimmer wurde einen Tag nicht geputzt und kein Bett gemacht

Fint lille sted.centralt for udflugtsmuligheder. Dejlige lokale spisesteder lige om hjørnet! Meget tilfreds med opholdet og ikke generet af nattelarm, selv om der er gang i nattelivet - stor kontrast fra dag til aften/nat i området. Kommer gerne igen.

토요일밤 12시쯤 도착하는데 술집만 잔뜩있는곳이라 찾아가는길도 무섭고 택시타고가는데 술취한 사람들이 택시 두드리고 침뱉음 새벽 4시까지 사람들 소리 와인병깨지는 소리 싸우는소리로 엄청 시끄러움 밤문화를 느끼고싶은 사람아니면 다른데 예약하길.. 메일로 현관비번 알려주고 키오스크에 여권이랑예약번호 입력하면 방 비번알려줌 호스트와의 접촉 일체없음 침구가 더러웠음 머리카락 다수 발견 세탁이 잘 안된듯 더러운 부분이 많음

숙소는 굉장히 편안하고 광장 뒷쪽에 위치하고 있습니다 번화가와 거리거 멀지 많아서 좋아요 조금의 언덕이 있지만, 트램을 타고 올라오시면 아무문제 없습니다. 다만 호텔 앞에 있는 펍이 너무 시끄러워요 진짜 금요일 토요일에는 역대급으로 심합니다. 객실 내부는 넓고 편안해요 하지만 청소는 엄청 잘 되어 있지는 않은 것을 참고하세요!

We stayed for a weekend with friends. Perfect area to do bar-restaurant-hopping. You are in the middle of the "real" nightlife in Lisboa. Self-check-in; But you can call, if you have questions.

Bei der Ankunft im Hotel hatten wir etwas Schwierigkeiten uns mit dem "Kiosk" anzumelden. Mir der direkten Telefonverbindung war dann alles kein Problem. Die Zimmer waren soweit sauber und alles wichtige war vorhanden. Wir haben gewünscht mitten im Bario Alto zu wohnen, was absolut der Fall war. Wir hätten es auch länger in diesem Hotel aufhalten können, wenn einem der Lärm von draussen nicht zu sehr stört.

L'hôtel est bien situé, mais le quartier est très bruyant la nuit et l'appartement mal isolé (simple vitrage), incluant l'isolation avec les voisins dans l'immeuble. Mobilier minimum vital. Même pas un bureau ou une table alors que l'appartement est immense, il faut alors se rabattre sur le coin repas de la cuisine. Equipement de cuisine minimaliste, en particulier au niveau des verres. Quand j'ai pris l'appartement il y avait des miettes par terre, une blatte... Le linge de maison n'est pas de première fraîcheur. Le lit donne sur un vide sanitaire avec touts les climatiseurs de l'immeuble... et toujours le simple vitrage... Le Wifi marche bien et le système de check-in est assez efficace.
