夜間櫃台服務員經驗較不足，入住第一晚就碰上浴室水管不通、臉盆水管也是洩水很慢，希望換房沒房只好希望他們明天儘快修好，第二天外出返回後發現浴室是通了，但臉盆還是不通洩水很慢。 此外，這家飯店的地點很好就在火車站旁，離地鐵也只隔一個廣場，但這次入住的房間與網站上的照片不符，非常遺憾!

位置很好。 但是房間會漏水，晚上睡到一半時突然被驚醒怎麼有水，天花板在電燈連結區會漏水，而且不是漏一點點，整個地板跟床都濕了

Het hotel ligt in het centrum, vlak bij een metrostation en treinstation naar Sintra. ontbijt is goed, geen afwisseling. Rondom hotel veel restaurantjes en winkels. Naast hotel ligt een bakkerij/ supermarkt waar je ook kunt ontbijten. Kamer: prijs/ kwaliteitverhouding is goed. Kamer 218 heeft een te kleine badkamer.

This property is NOT as advertised. Visitors beware! The photos on the website paint a lovely picture. That is not the case. The room is old, and dingy, with decaying furniture, and the lock on our window was broken, the terrace door falling off the wall. There is various verbiage listed around the room that read "We are not responsible for missing items." Even in the safe! When we brought up these concerns to the staff they just said "We can put you in another room tomorrow that looks more similar to what was advertised." We checked out after 30 minutes and found accommodation elsewhere. They will not issue a refund, though we were told they would and it was up to Expedia. I realize now they said this to appease me and get me to leave. Expedia has been wonderful, trying to get our money back, but the hotel is refusing to issue a refund. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Truly a disappointment to Portuguese hospitality.

Pros, good location close to transit and walking distance to water and sights. Cons, for some reason they did renovations while we were out and came back to drywall dust all over our stuff!!! Bathroom is tiny and would not be able to accomodate anyone who is slightly overweight you would not be able to get to the toilet unfortunately.

Bom, porém pode melhorar!
Localização perfeito! O hotel em si é bom. Bom atendimento, limpeza ok, quarto super grande e banheiro também! Considerações: não gostei do café da manhã e não tinha ninguém pra auxiliar, por isso, acabava acumulando sujeira mas mesas (provável que só retirem os talheres no final) não curti essa ‘funcionalidade’. E o chuveiro que não era bom pra esquentar, nos 5 dias em que estive por lá, ficou morno todos os dias, e num frio de 10 graus não é muito agradável! Tirando essas duas observações o hotel atende bem!

ATTENTION PUNAISES DE LIT. j’ai malheureusement été piquée dès la première nuit par ce qui ressemble fortement à des punaises de lit ( 9 piqûres, visage, mains et avant bras). nous avons demandé une nouvelle chambre dans laquelle tout s’est bien passé par la suite.

It’s a 2 star hotel which reflects in property condition and indifference of staff. The only upside is the location being in rossio square with heaps of dining and sightseeing opportunities. No hot water or wifi on third floor room. Apparently they fixed the hot water issue when apprised of it, however, at best it was luke warm. Wifi didn’t work for 2 nights that I was there, apparently they were going to call a technician but that never happened. Small room and bathroom with hardly any space to move around. Noisy street which is understandable in city center, however, no soundproofing whatsoever. Not worth the money for the inconvenience that come with it.

Hotel atende pelo valor cobrado. O melhor do hotel é a localização. Excelente. Quarto atendeu bem 3 pessoas. Faltou água no primeiro dia, banheiro precisa de algumas melhorias no box. Oferecem local para guardar bagagem até horário de check in, que inicia as 14h. Café da manhã a parte, cobram 10 euros por pessoa. Não tomamos café da manhã no hotel. Tem um supermercado - Pingo Doce - ao lado do hotel onde podemos tomar café da manhã ou fazer compras. Vale a estadia. Possuem contato de serviço de transfer para o aeroporto a 20 euros.

Hotel super bem localizado ! Várias lojas , restaurantes e muito perto da Rua Augusta . Ao lado do hotel tem um supermercado Pingo Doce . Sr Eduardo foi muito simpático e prestativo . Hotel tem elevador pequeno e os quartos são simples porém limpos. Me hospedaria novamente !

I had booked a room with a queen bed. All they had was a room that had a very low ceiling. It was slanted and so inconvenient. They told me if I did not like they would not have another room until the next day. So I had to pack again and move to another room. They had a hard time understanding English. Like the location the service was not good.

Great stay
Basic hotel in fab position within the old town. Very close to Rossio square. Had an issue with hot water, hotel moved us to a different room. Nice breakfast, helpful staff. Good value for money.

とても立地がよくて、どこに行くのにも便利でした。またホテルの下？にスーパーがありとても有りがたかったです。１人でも部屋も広く明るかったのですが、ユニットバスルームが少し残念でした。シャワー室のお湯は少し冷たく水捌けも微妙で、トイレに座ると膝が洗面台にあたりそうです。 カードキーを差し込んで電源を入れるタイプで、冷蔵庫もありましたが、部屋を出ると消えてしまうので対策が必要です。
