This seems like a fairly new hotel. It smells so good inside everything is clean and beautiful. The restaurant bar was nice. (which, as a solo traveler is important for me!) I was only here for one night, but it was very nice and although it was rainy season and the outdoor area was closed, they have a nice new area coming soon and also a rooftop area that will be awesome.

Staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful. As well as concierge. Good location especially when you attend a conference. Very nice spa space. But we could not use the swimming pool due to broken ladder.

Não é nível 5 estrelas!
Hotel novo, mas com pouco funcionário. Ninguém na porta para auxiliar com a chegada e malas. Sinalização dentro do hotel ruim. Acesso até a academia super complicado, sem sinalização e com partes ao ar livre (por exemplo: caminhei na chuva e não tinha nenhum guarda-chuva disponível). Uma pessoa da equipe de limpeza entrou no meu quarto SEM bater na porta, mesmo a porta estando FECHADA. Funcionários da recepção pouco empáticos. Ralo do box e da pia do banheiro entupidos, tive que pedir auxílio. Não fizeram reposição de itens de banheiro. Por fim, quarto confortável, sem ruídos e novo (porta da varanda do quarto extremamente difícil de abrir). Cardápio do restaurante sem opção básica (por exemplo: não há uma massa vegetariana).

Estamos de facto numa altura com menor movimento, daí o número mais reduzido de funcionários. Para chegar ao nosso Active Gym é possível ir pelo nosso courtyard ou por dentro do Hotel (em forma de U) e temos sempre guarda chuvas disponíveis na Receção. extra charge for pool , jacuzzi etc. Noreenishment of tea . coffee etc used. Aircon was a bit complicated. No bath in bathroom - k’only in suites’ but advertising implies bathtub in bathroom. Rooofbar closed due to ? inclement weather. Feeling of restriction and property was attempting to extract more money by asking me to book direct in future. I won’t be going back. I am in a much better hotel now in Lisbon with everything inclusive.

Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu und viele Abläufe müssen noch fest etabliert werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber noch nicht souverän. Das Umfeld ist sehr laut.

Excellent upscale hotel next to conference enter. Tram and buses stop right in front. Walkable to restaurant and belem. First rate staff. They were very helpful when my friend became ll during the night and needed help.They called a taxi and spoke with the driver o give directions.

This is the best hotel when we travelled in spain and portugal. We stayed in different hyatt and this hotel is the best. If you go to lisbon you have to book this hotel and enjoy the stay. I don’t have words to write more than this and garuntee you you never going to disappoint.

When booking, the pictures of the room that I booked showed view of the water and bridge. However, we got a room facing the other side with a big open concrete space and graffiti.

Pros: clean and new rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful facility Cons: 1. restaurant food very overpriced (seems to be a trend with Hyatt). 2. Dinner menu choices limited, nothing local and of mediocre quality. 3. Location not great for a tourist. Far from selection of restaurants and city center/other attractions.

The Hyatt Regency in Lisbon was excellent. The rooms were impeccable and were extremely comfortable. The staff were polite and especially the bellboy Mustafa was so helpful.

Family Stay
The hotel was very new and rooms were great. We stayed in a suite which has everything. The restaurant was good and we ate in there three times. A few things, no milk provided with coffee in rooms but a major thing was you cannot use the pool unless you pay for it. The cost was 120 euros for a family of four which is outrageous. Never stayed in a five star hotel where you could not use the pool for stay. Yes, a spa would be extra but not a pool that was part of hot. Out of principle I would not pay that. So anyone who has a family and wants a pool this maybe not for you.

Wow! Ce séjour de deux nuits a été tout simplement incroyable! Nous avons séjourné à cet hotel en octobre 2022. Tout était parfait, en commençant par l'accueil remarquable de Antonio. Quel service professionnel! Nous avons été servi comme de la royauté. Nous pourrions dire la même chose des autres employé(e)s, comme ceux du restaurant. La chambre était très bien et très moderne. Nous avons aussi pu vivre l'expérience du spa. Tous les services n'y étaient pas offerts parce que l'hôtel est très récent, mais l'expérience de la suite privée avec les deux sonas, le spa et la douche «expérience» était tout simplement incroyable! Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement pour tous les services qu'il offre, pour la qualité du service et l'accueil offerts aux clients, et pour son emplacement pratique. Merci beaucoup!

Brand new hotel! It’s in a great location with easy access to everything, without all the crazy Lisbon traffic. Their parking lot wasn’t finished yet, but it will be fantastic once guests can use it.

This has got to be the best value in hotels in Lisbon. Mind you the property is a few kms from the centre of town but there are buses and trams right outside the door. The room was clean and wonderfully put together. The closeness to the riverfront leisure area is wonderful with the Museums etc.

Nice Hotel - Terrible Location and Functionality
Thee weirdest functionality of a hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Certain elevators allow you to go down but not up. You can’t access all floor’s via the stairs. Right next to the train tracks - super loud Check In is 3 PM but that is debatable room wasn’t ready till 4 PM

When I stayed it had only been open 3 weeks, many of the amenities were not yet available - including the access to river views. However, the hotel was stunning inside and restaurant was fantastic.
