Lovely space

Perfect place and location for visiting Lisbon. Comfortable bedrooms, plenty of space and fun decor. Neighborhood is close to lots of fun restaurants and felt really safe.

NO HOT WATER at Property PLUS wrong address provided

I am a 68 year old female who travelled alone to Lisbon to find that the address provided to me was non-existent. It took the kindness of another travelling family to help me locate the unit and get into the apartment. Then the NIGHTMARE really started - there was ZERO hot water and getting any response from the Property Manager was non-existent until I was able to open a case with VRBO. Thereafter it took ALTIDO another 2 days before they supposedly sent someone over but I had moved to a hotel by that time. They further accused me that there was hot water when the tank had been emitting piercing sounds and the power was off the entire time I was there. Additionally, the property manager should look behind the headboard of the primary bedroom - he may find some flossing implements there!

Great location, otherwise disappointed

First, location is great. Central to many sights, shopping, restaurants, buses, trolleys, etc. Apartment itself was sufficient but definitely needs a deep clean. Floors and bathroom walls were dirty and need a good quality scrub. Bare minimum of supplies provided. Not even a hot pad for cooking. No tissues, paper towels etc. One of the toilets always seemed to be running like it needed a fix. Notified manager, they said thanks but didn’t fix while we were there. Hopefully they do for next guest. Furniture all nice and a number of amenities like coffee maker, hair dryer, washer/dryer combo etc, all there. Also fyi if you like a lot of natural light, this is not the place. Not much light comes through windows (photos are a little misleading) and black walls make it even darker. But if you like to sleep late and don’t mind a darker setting then you’ll be fine with it.

Great location

Initially we had difficulty locating the apartment. It is an even number address (with no markings) that was located on the “odd” side of the street. Once we were in, we were very happy with space. Our two children shared a room and had their own beds with their own bathroom. We enjoyed the primary suite with an en-suite bathroom. We loved the large loft living space which was decorated nicely. The best part was the location making it very convenient for walking. The leasing company was very responsive when we had questions.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

We had a great week in this apartment with our two young daughters. The apartment is in a perfect location to get to the train station and around Alfama/Old Town. An easy walk from Figueira Square, to grocery stores, shopping and the Santa Justa lift. Easy to communicate with the property management as well!

City living on vacation

From checking in late to checking out the whole process was smooth and the manager was so understanding and helpful. The apartment is stylish spacious. It’s a beautiful space for 2 people or more. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your professionalism.

Sehr schöne Altstadtwohnung mit eigenwilliger Gestaltung

Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt und ist ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Lissabon. Leider wird im Hinterhof intensiv umgebaut, was zu einer grossen ganztägigen Lärmbelästigung führt. Es ist schade, dass der Vermieter auf diese Tatsache nicht im Vorherein aufmerksam macht und dieses grosse Handycap mit einer Preisreduktion abfedert.
