Large property. Lock does not work, need mastercode. Internet and TV non working, cell phones work garden only. That was terrible with no internet in 95 percent of the aparyment. Many dishes and pots but no silverware. Clean linens. Large space. Great garden. Shops and eating close. No heat working. Although cleaned needs a deep clean. Perfect place for a large family or groups. Check in difficult due to no reception and codes non working. All the drains vovers were off which was weird. Property manager does reply via message on app. Would stay again still if internet and boosters work which would have made things easier for my elderly father. Beds were comfortable. Small elevator for luggages. The best part was being in the location. Easy to get everywhere. I want to give a 4 but not being able to communicate, listen to music, or a late night show before bed made it very annoying, was told to just restart it, and it did not work. But again. Fun Large unique flat w outdoor space

Provided plenty of room for all of us ( 8) We like the old school elegance mixed with the organic spare modern vibe .. we thought the unit was quiet - and enjoyed sitting out on the back veranda … Good location - Easy to walk to lots of bars restaurants etc …Parking is a bit challenging - but do able !There was a leak in the master shower - and we had to sweep the back patio as it hadn’t been cleaned and had cug butts and broken glass / which we hopeful are being addressed fir future guests!

A Stylish Retreat ...

Stylish apartment conveniently located in a great neighborhood of Lisbon, within easy walking distance of the castle, Fado music, good restaurants, lovely streets and amazing views. Directly across the street from an adorable patisserie with fabulous coffee and fresh croissants where we ate every morning. This lovely apt. was perfect for five ladies on a girls' getaway.

Lovely stay in Lisbon

Apartment was spacious and nice and bright. Great location. Walk everywhere. Cute neighborhood restaurants and shops. Cool backyard/outdoor space. Can't wait to get back for another visit.

Warming: Do not rent this appartment. Someone has a key to it, and uses it to break in and steal !!!

Vi fik stjålet penge, tøj, kamera, computer og smykker den sidste aften, hvor vi var ude i byen for at spise. Imens vi var væk, havde nogen låst sig ind og gennemrodet vores ting, skabe, skuffer, kufferter, toilettaske og stjålet fra os. Vi fandt ud af, at det ikke var første gang, dette var sket i lejligheden, og da vi spurgte Rent Expieriencedet, som står for udlejning, hvorfor der ikke var blevet skiftet hverken låse eller adgangskode til gadedøren efter det første indbrud, fik vi det svar, at det kunne de ikke gøre uden ejers accept. Det efterlader os med det indtryk, at ejer er ligeglad, og at bureauet ikke har styr på nøglerne. En sådan ligegyldighed fra ejers og udlejers side er helt uacceptabel. Det er første og sidste gang, at vi har lejet feriebolig hos Home Away når Rent Experience er mellemled. Vi havde efterspurgt adgang til den safebox, som var i et skab, men fik det svar, at den kunne vi ikke få adgang til, da det er ejers egen box. Vi står nu tilbage med tab af værdigenstande, også arvede smykker, som vi aldrig kan få igen, og med indtryk af, at der er nogen, som ved, hvornår lejerne skal rejse hjem, da begge indbrud i lejligheden er sket den sidste aften. Det var meget ubehageligt at skulle sove i lejligheden den sidste nat med viden om, at nogen kunne låse sig ind. Når ejer og udjejningsbureau intet gør for at sikre, at det ikke sker igen, så burde denne lejlighed ikke være til rådighed hos Home Away, da vi ikke forbinder Home Away med en sådan ansvarsløshed. Vi har gennem mange år lejet hos Home Away, og har aldrig oplevet noget lignende. Ærgerligt, for lejligheden er fantastisk smuk og med en god beliggenhed, men lad jer ikke narre af det, for der er ikke styr på nøgler og adgang. Vores rejse blev totalt ødelagt, og vi har en ubehagelig fornemmelse af, at dette vil ske igen i lejligheden.

My apartment got broken into and my family and I lost over €8000 in total value of cash and goods. The police came but they didn’t file any reports, they said I was missing information so the apartment supervisor said they would help me submit after. Thank God I went to the police station on my own because I was unable to reach the supervisor using the contact information he left me afterwards. I am looking for the cost of the stay to be compensated by either HomeAway or Rent Experience, I don’t know which company is responsible for what yet but now that Rent Experience has now disappeared on me and not responding to my emails so very shady. The apartment looks like it was broken into by someone that had the key as well, so not trustworthy. Do not stay here, and run away from anything that says Rent Experience. I never dealt with Home Away except for the initial booking. Rent Experience was the company I had to meet up with as soon as I arrived to get the keys, and anything else related to the stay during my stay.

Amazing Days!

We traveled in 5 adults and 2 children and we love staying in this apartment. Totally clean, well equipped and the staff who manage the house were very professional. The apartment is large, clean and very well located! The only observation against it was that the bathtub could not be used due to a fault that did not allow to fill it. Those were incredible days in Lisbon! Thank you and Congratulations!

A wonderful very large space

The property is in the central part of Lisbon which gives you access to all the modes of transportation to get around the city. The apartment has been recently re done and is a wonderful place to stay. It is very large and you almost get lost trying to go from one room to another. The property management is very nice to deal with and prompt to help in anyway you may need.
