Great hotel apartment; reasonably priced with good restaurants (pizza place around the corner was wonderful, as well as a local cafe and another portuguese restaurant), well equipped rooms (kitchen was well setup) and above all, basement parking was free

Great location and great service- gem of a hotel

This is a wonderful hotel with close access to metro and bus. Added bonus is free parking although it’s easier to use public transportation or uber. Staff is helpful and friendly. Apt is roomy for the 2 bed and 2 bath. Bathrooms need updating but otherwise great kitchenette and fresh towels. Beds are very comfortable and terrace offers stunning views and sunsets.

Stayed one night due to a missed flight that day. The staff were friendly and sympathized with our situation and upgraded our room for free. Was not able to make use of their beautiful circular pool, or their restaurant, but I am very pleased with our stay.

The rooms were spacious, nice, clean and comfortable. We had issue with overhead noise on the 3rd and 4th nights. Breakfast was good. Pool could be cleaner. Location was pretty good for sightseeing.

Really good option for families. We booked the 2-bedroom suite. Good breakfast buffet in the morning and limited menu for the rest of the day. Small swimming pool provides entertainment to kids and adults alike. All floors are accessible by elevators but no gym or laundry facility. Location in good, away from the noise of the old town. Neighborhood living experience with many shops and restaurants are within short walking distance.

Good place to stay for our short trip to Lisbon, with free easy underground parking. Close to Metro, but also only 25mins walk from the main town centre. Room was spacious and clean, comfy beds, although our room looked a little tired. Unfortunately we seemed to be located in an area of the corridor where the staff lift is located, and it was quite noisy and woke us up around 7am. Apart from that, the stay was very good!

Expedia had stated there was laundry available on the premises, with laundry detergent implying we could do our own laundry with no cost. THIS WAS FALSE. The manager was very helpful and courteous. This turned our experience from terrible to great.

The aparthotel is very conveniently located in major transport links to all tourists spot and reasonably priced too. However the property is so old and functioned well. For example bedroom had 0 power sockets or no switches were working. It is however so spacious. I stayed in 1 bed room apartment..

Good things: Breakfast, swimmin pool, large rooms and beds. Daily room services cleaning. Quite silence. Personnel. TV set in both rooms. Not so good, a couple of small issues: No electricity plugs for own devices; Phones, PC, tablets... You needed to unplug the lamps, microwave ect, before getting available plugs. Not enough clothes hangers. Many shelves and lamps not properly connected to walls (loose connections).

We are a family of five so we got the suite set up like an apartment, You walk in and there’s a little kitchen and living room with a pullout couch, In the left, there’s a bathroom bedroom, further down is the master bathroom and bedroom. The room had everything we need. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were nice and fluffy. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us with information about restaurants, trains and more. We purchased the breakfast and I’m glad we did because there was a good selection. The only thing I will complain about is there wasn’t any outlets. We had to unplug the lamps next to our bed to plug in our phone charger. In our bathroom, I wasn’t able to plug in my hair straightener due to the fact they weren’t any outlets. Also, our three-year-old feet was very dirty almost black from the floor. The rest of us usually walk around in slippers so that didn’t bother us. The rest of the room was very clean. I did like the pool outside and a lot of shaded areas to sit. Very relaxing environment.
