地點優越方便
飯店有共用廚房和販賣機非常方便，地理位置優越。唯一缺點是木質地板會傳遞聲音，所以隔壁鄰居走路聲超大聲。但屏除掉此缺點，晚上睡覺時很安靜。附近也有麥當勞和超大市集，賣很多吃的

Room was beautiful and spacious. Water pressure was great. They accommodated our early check in and storing our luggage after our check out. Great communication and value. Would be happy to stay here again.

The whole team was super nice and always had a helping hand, when there was a questions or request. The house provided good equipment to create own meals, despite Lisbons great restaurants. Strong recommendation. Next time again with the guesthouse.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a lovely stay. The room was clean, nicely decorated, large and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was nice and powerful. We appreciated having use of the kitchen and fridge. We found the location to be good. It can get noisy at night from people in the bars below and construction work, but with windows closed and aircon on, it was fine. We would definitely return to this guesthouse

I liked the modern look the room had & the location was close to many restaurants and transportation. I did not like that our AC was broken our whole stay there and no solutions where offered to us nor other options. We asked for another room and were told the other room was dirty instead of having there cleaning person come and prepare another room for us since the AC was out and it was very hot. The check in process was very confusing since the property did not provide accurate and clear instructions on how to access the inside of the property how they promised they would in a message. It was very tedious to get a hold of someone at the property as no one was answering and expedia was not able to contact them either. The pictures online are misleading, the room did not look like what the pictures showed we were going to get.

The room was very clean and the manager very responsive to the issues (mostly having problems to access the facilities). I was let into the room one hour late after check in, and the cab they asked for on my behalf did not arrive.

I was concerned this hybrid of a small hotel and an Airbnb wouldn't work. But: super helpful, laid-back staff. Great little apartment, nicely designed, with a big comfy bed. Your own security codes, giving a further sense of privacy. Would happily have stayed there a few nights, instead of the one. Santos a great part of town that feels more real, away from the bustle of Chiado, and with lots of great food options on the doorstep. If I had to find a negative it would be the walk from the metro, which is about 10 minutes of pulling a suitcase over quite uneven pavement! But definitely don't let that put you off; this place is a unexpected gem.

Great location away from the crowded, busy, narrow streets of Lisbon. Francisco (property manager) speaks excellent English and was very helpful and hospitable. Keypad access is super secure and it’s great not having to take keys with you. Kitchen and lounge areas are shared with other guests and were scrupulously clean as everyone cleans up after they have used the well-stocked kitchen / dining equipment. Would highly recommend staying here.

A convenient and cozy hub to explore Lisbon. The location is central to most of the neighbourhood and the staff are so helpful. The only hiccup was checking in in which I didn’t really get any instructions. Other than that, amazing stay!

Pros: - The personnel are very nice. - The location is center and easy to connect public transport. - Room is clean. Cons: - hard to find a park place, you should pay 18 Euro a day in the garage. - room is a little bit too small. - because of the shops outside, it was a little bit noisy.

This is was our first time staying in guest house and we did like it.Room is very spacious, comfortable and clean.Excellent location and you need a parking it’s right outside the door.Parking is under ground, feels very safe and it costs us $16 per day with their voucher.

Cucarachas y el baño está fuera de la habitación
Terrible, porque además de que no hay recepción 24 horas o incluso no sé si existe… el baño está fuera de la habitación, lo cual es incómodo ya que pasas debes atravesar el pasillo y encontrarte quizá con otras personas. Se escuchan mucho los ruidos de las otras habitaciones, los pasos, muy mal. Y para terminar y lo peor para mí es que encontré CUCARACHAS .

Dear Guest, we are very sorry you didn’t liked your stay with us but as you can see on the reviews , the guests love our room and Guesthouse cleaning. When you booked the room all the information was provided including the type of room you choose, in your case it was a room with external private bathroom located in front of the room. Also the information about our reception schedule is given. It is open from 10.30 AM till 08.00PM and guests can always call us or send message after that time if they need anything. We hope to host you on a next time with us.

Fomos super bem recebidos por João, um dos donos. As instalações são ótimas, tudo muito organizado e limpo. João muito simpático e prestativo. A limpeza dos quartos e tricas de folhas não ocorreram em 4 ias de estadia. Porém, acho que foi falha na comunicação. Acredito que teríamos que pedir e não pedimos. Então, pede antes para fazer a limpeza, caso queira. O estacionamento é na frente e super barato. Embora, não precisa de carro lá. O hotel é perto de tudo e 500m da TIME OUT MARKET. Tem Mac donald e diversos restaurantes próximos. Excelente tudo!
