We had a 14 hours layover in Lisbon; therefore, need to stay here for one night. The service apartment was very close the main street with a lot restaurants, stores, and the plaza Praça do Comércio. Before you arrival, look for email from the property NOT from the Expedia, it will contain the building access code. Without it, it may be hard to find a way in. After you get into the building, there is no front desk, instead you will need your booking confirmation number and passport to check-in and pay for the necessary city tax or fee. The final screen will provide building access code and room access code, take a photo. The apartment itself was super clean and modernized. We booked an studio since we stay for only one night, it has a small kitchenet, big closets, very comfy bed and a single sofa bed. When you checkout, just need to scan the QR code on the door, submit a simple form. Great service apartment overall, and will stay here again when we visit Lisbon.

Toutes les inclusions étaient présentes. Très propre, lit confortable, proximité des activités. Un peu petit par contre. Dans cet établissement comme dans tous les autres, il manque des crochets. Eg salle de bain, chambre..surtout pour facilité l utilisation de la salle de bain et la douche.

The location and the actual property were perfect for me. There is a pre-check in site that simply does not work! Don’t waste your time. Check in yourself at the property at check in time, the kiosk in the entry is simple to use. You get a code for the front door and for your unit. The unit was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Perfect location, you can walk everywhere. Great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend it.

Le propreté laissait a désirer et le lavabo fuyait dans la salle de bain! Une alarme d'incendie a été déclenchée à une heure du matin et personne n'a su pourquoi!!! C'est une des résidentes qui a réussi je ne sais comment à arrêter l'alarme. Par la suite personne ne s'est déplacé pour venir voir et confirmer qu'il n'y avait pas de feu. Vraiment décevant! Par contre l'emplacement était excellent!

A nice property overall, great base for exploring the old town. Well equipped compact kitchen. TV was a bit slow to load up channels, not sure why, but didn’t matter. A very modern style apartment in a historic building. Would recommend to others.

Unfortunately the wrong apartment building code number was given to me. I was a late check in.10pm. Thank goodness 15 minutes later someone was heading out and let me in the building.I got the right code with the virtual check in. This was stressful and very upsetting. Also the wrong phone number was posted so when I called a few days earlier it was a number not in service. I had to get an Expedia virtual assistant to reach out to the property owner to get the right number. This took all day. Communication was very poor BUT the property was good.

The property is super close to the marina and main local attractions in Lisbon. It does have an elevator. The only thing I was a bit concerned about our stay was the cleanliness of our room and the smell of garbage/sewage when we walked into the main floor. Aside from that the apartments have stove top and utensils if you wanted to cook your own meals and location is great.

Simple, clean, perfectly situated in the city hub. Everything was easy and accommodating from an early check-in to easy access to our room and quick checkout on the morning of our departure. Great place!

This property is located in a great area right in the heart of Lisbon. It’s close to all that you need and within walking distance of most major attractions, restaurants, shops and transportation. It is super quiet from the modern inside windows. It has cleaning service daily, easy to check in and out. I would definitely recommend it and we would stay again without hesitation.

Positives: We stayed for a week, so it was nice to have a kitchen/dining area. Grateful there is an elevator, as we were on the 5th floor. Communication with the main office was quick and easy. Negatives: Noticed a lot of loose hair around, especially in the bathroom when we arrived. Bed is extremely uncomfortable, might as well have slept on the floor. Angled ceiling in the living/dining room area is very low and we kept bumping our heads on it when sitting or standing up from the couch/chairs.

O apartamento está muito bem localizado. A poucos passos da Praça do Comércio (onde pudemos ver os fogos do ano novo), da Rua Augusta, do Rossio, do Cais do Sodré, do ascensor para o Castelo de São Jorge, da Sé. O apartamento apesar de compacto atende a todas às necessidades de uma família de 4 pessoas. O sofá cama foi considerado um pouco duro pela minha filha, mas nada que tornasse a noite ruim. Encontramos o apartamento limpo e cheiroso e assim foi mantido. O lixo era recolhido todos os dias e as toalhas trocadas quando necessário. Tivemos biscoitos e água de cortesia, o que demostra atenção com os hóspedes. O check in e o check out foram todos virtuais e eficientes. A empresa envia e-mail antecipadamente com as instruções.

It was cramped. Perhaps changing the bed and/or it's location would open the place up a bit. Garbage trucks and sirens every night. Otherwise the location was great. Close to trams, buses and trains. As well as the waterfront, sights and restaurants.

I was traveling with my parent and stayed 3 nights in Lisbon. The apartment is situated in a great location, near the water, walkable distance to everything. Apartment is very new and clean. Note, there's no reception, its self-check-in. Few cons - the apartment is small, very small, a bit too small for 3 of us. The bathroom is especially tiny, there's no counter space at all. My sofa bed was not prepared when we arrived, we had to set it our own. There's a window in the bedroom, but it was facing some type of air vent which was releasing smelly air, so we had to keep that window closed the whole time.

Perfect Location. Super clean and has everything you need in the cute little kitchen. Restaurants and shops all around it and a block away from bus station (where Ubers also pick up). 15 minute walk to the train station. A block from the port. Once you figure out check in, it's all smooth! ( Don't expect to be able to contact management though 😅 you're on your own)
