Almost everything perfect at Mercure Lisboa
Very nice and considerate staff. Rooms all arranged side by side. Both hotel and room very tidy and clean. Perfect situation by Sete Rios station. The only minus point for the payment by credit card, when my card was rejected by 2 or 3 or the hotel machines. Finally it proceeded successfully on the last machine.

Inconvenient for lisbon, hotel staff felt like they were being disturbed from whatever they were doing(which in no way looked like dealing with any customers) when trying to get water or cappuccino: it was like no one could help/everything was always closed. We stayed at other hotels in portugal and this stay was BY FAR the worst

This was exactly what I needed after a long day of walking and sight-seeing. The staff was super polite and friendly. The breakfast food and staff was exceptional.

Mercure is located in a good location near to Sete-Rio railway station, however the area is quite quiet and the surround area at the railway station is quite dirty as compared to other areas.

It was sadly a bit far from the main city tourist area but there was a train station/metro 3 min walk away. Overall, it was safe and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My main issue was the pool area. I chose this hotel just for that, but the water was very cold in August. Also, the pool filters showed lots of mold and the pool lounge cushions were very grossly stained from water. I could not sit on them, even with a towel under. I would suggest wipeable vinyl or similar. Apart from that, it was in a quiet area, but away from cool patio restaurants and the Lisbon atmosphere.

Very welcoming atmosphere and receptionist very friendly. Room was bigger than expected and fresh and clean. Tea and coffee (with creamer too) a nice touch. Lovely big and fluffy bath towels as well as hand towels in bathroom and Nuxe soap etc. Beds very comfortable and enjoyed a quiet night’s sleep. Location ideal for appointment at IPO hospital and also for visiting Gulbenkian Museum. Short walking distance from railway station too. Would stay again

Very Fantastic Stay
The room was very clean, and so also the environment, Even though there were wide roads and tall buildings around, the area was very peaceful and quiet. Of course there was a big superstore (El Corte Ingles), a walking distance away. I would not mind staying in this hotel again

Tout est parfait, juste un loin du centre ville historique, faisable à pied mais aussi en transport en commun. La piscine sur le toit est un vrai plus. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et variés. le personnel attentif et accueillant. Plein de petits restaurants accessibles pour le dîner. chambre confortables et calmes.
