Ants in bed in the loft and the very low bank.

I had little ants (2mm) in bed, but after 3 days I had them all killed. The bank in the apartment was very low for us older people.

Great place, managed no so

Modern, spacious, well located. Smart TV with Netflix nice addition. Only downside was overwhelmed management. Explained with 34 properties, “how would I know how the TV works?” “All Portuguese”. We found CNN and Netflix. Nelson said when we reported a broken shower fixture on arrival….”it was never broken”, basically said a guest are liars! Get ready to be called rude Americans…I see it coming in the review of us.

CRIMINAL HOST!

Could have been great, but there was an airline strike the day of our flight so our trip was canceled. I messaged through the VRBO app to attempt changing our date three times, and each time the host replied that they were already booked, then didn’t even reply to the last date, only when I messaged to ask why there was YET ANOTHER pending charge- apparently that was the deposit, when again, we weren’t even there and they knew that. When I checked the schedule, they were only booked for one of the weekends, not all three. Granted, they aren’t obligated to change the dates after the cancellation period, but to outright be dishonest and then still charge the cleaning fee when they knew we weren’t there is terrible business practice and criminal. We would NOT recommend booking this property! BEWARE!! We have never had a bad experience with a host before this, and I’ve never had to write a terrible review before this experience. So sad!
