The apartment is in the heart of the magnificent neighborhood of Santos, with 1 bedroom (with double bed), living room with sofa bed (double), fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on a 1st floor without elevator, very characteristic of the buildings here in Lisbon, and offers everything you need to have a comfortable stay.
Other things to keep in mind- Please note that check-in can be done from 4:00 pm- As you will certainly understand, early check-in is always dependent on previous guests, however we always do our best to accommodate our guests as soon as possible. If your apartment is not ready when you arrive, we have a service to store your luggage, so you can be free and start your visit to Lisbon.
- For reservations of up to two people, only the standard bed of the apartment is considered, whenever an extra bed (sofa bed) is requested there will be a single additional cost of €15, from the 3rd person this cost is already included in the price total!
- We provide all the necessary bed linen, as well as bath towels and kitchen towels according to the number of guests on the reservation.
- Prices for cots and extra beds are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
The number of extra beds and cots allowed depends on the option you choose. Please check your selected option for more information.

Sweet apartment in great location
Hosts were lovely. Could walk to restaurants, train station, metro and ferry. Quiet street. Apartment was in beautiful old building with with modern amenities and decor. Having a washing machine was very helpful.

Sweet little apartment in a great location, with the best hosts!
Very cute apartment, nicely equipped. Thoughtful touches and responsive, helpful hosts. The location made for easy walking to most parts of central Lisbon and a nearby Tram 28 stop helped with the rest. Would definitely recommend.

Appartement sympatique, propre pour un séjour à Lisbonne
L'appartement est plutôt bien situé, suffisamment proche des centres d'intérêts de Lisbonne pour s'y rendre à pied si vous le voulez. Le tram passe à 100m sinon.
Effectivement, l'immeuble en face dans la rue est en ruine, mais l'avantage est qu'il est donc inoccupé donc pas de vis-à-vis.
La rue est très calme, aucun bruit de ce coté-là.
L'appartement lui-même est exactement comme montré sur les photos. Très bien pour un couple, le canapé pouvant fournir 2 lits d'appoint si nécessaire.
L'accueil a été très bon; nous étions attendu sur place en arrivant le dimanche après-midi, nous avons reçu plein de bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter, les endroits où s'approvisionner, les restaurants... tout ça enregistré directement sur Google Maps par un pro ;).
Merci aux propriétaires Angélica & Jorge pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Wonderful time in Lisbon
Angelica was great to work with finalizing our booking and Manuel was more than helpful making suggestions for places to see. He loaded some places onto my offline maps that I was not aware of that turned out to be a lot of fun to visit. There was also a garage available about a block from the apartment that was very convenient for coming & going. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Clean & Comfortable- a fun place to stay
My friend and I stayed here for two nights and I would not hesitate to book it again.
This apartment is just as pictured- clean, comfortable, welcoming and nicely decorated. Having worked in the apparel industry for most of my life, I admit that I chose this property due in part to the lighted mannequin in the living area- an unexpected but fun accent! The kitchen was well-stocked with fruit, bread, wine, cheese, etc. The shower is a bit small, but the water pressure and shower heads (plural) made up for that. We were relieved that there were no bad odors coming up through the pipes, which has been our experience in a couple of other places. Everything was fresh and clean. The location is great, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. We highly recommend Pratinho Feio on Rua da Esperanca.
After staying in a 5th floor walk-up in Porto, we were happy to find only one flight of stairs here. My only negative observation is that the balcony view is of a decaying building across the street, but that was a minor drawback in comparison to all the wonderful amenities of this apartment.

absolutely fantastic
The apartment is situated conveniently to tram and bus lines and walking distance to the heart of Lisbon. But it is on a quiet street, so you can sleep well. The hosts are superb. They provided everything we needed, included quick, timely, accurate communications, and a well stocked kitchen (truly with everything needed) as well arranged transport to and from airport and train station upon our request and pir covering the driver's fee. I highly highly recommend this flat. Wonderful wonderful experience.
