Fully equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, the space is perfect for barbequing with family, friends, having breakfast, or simply sitting back and enjoying the sunset or one of Ericeira’s peaceful evenings. It is located in a quiet and friendly condominium, which makes it very cozy and peaceful to enjoy with your family or friends. There is no elevator, but do not worry, stairs are easy to climb. Free parking places inside of the condominium or outside in free street places.
The Municipal Tourist Tax has a unit value of €2.20 in the high season and €1.10 in the low season.
High Season: May 1st to October 31st
Low Season: November 1st to April 30th.
Tax is applied per night and per guest from 13 years old, to a limit of 7 nights.
