讚好:整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
不滿:職員與服務
The reception lady is rude and not even have welcome smile and when i arrived, she said the room is not available and then 1 mins later she said is available, ok, i got in the room and saw the room is facing pool view not sea view and not seems like premium room I booked in Expedia. Ok, the room also noisy beside the indoor pool, i asked for room change, but she said not available(both this moment and upon check in time she didn’t indicate my room is premium and not available as i got to the hotel early) and then when i came to the hotel at night and search the hotel website, i was angry as the description of premium room is facing sea view, i ask another reception man regarding to the room and this time he said our room is premium and our room was not available since we came early. I think the service was terrible and u should say to me upon check in and ask me whether we accept normal room. It is not a 5 star hotel service and cannot compare to my 5 star hotel in cascais. They are all welcoming and always smile. When i check out, i met the same reception lady again and she even didn’t say to me goodbye. Totally unacceptable.
