The only thing that irked us a little was that it was advertised online that there was a game console but when we arrived the controllers were missing. The owner informed us that they were probably stolen by previous visitors. It's a shame as our 4 year old would have really enjoyed it. 」

「We only stayed two nights but this place was an absolute dream. It's beautifully decorated, so clean, and so cozy. I was perfect for our family of four. We have a 3 year old and a 6 month old and it was just the perfect amount of space. I'm always hesitant when booking non hotels because I'm super picky about my pillows and I love that each room and different types of pillows for different types of sleepers. I can't recommend this place enough. I hope we get to come back soon.」

Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. 」

「A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. A great haven for peaceful outdoor pursuits or just getting away from it all. Will happily stay again! 」

「This was absolutely adorable! The grounds were so beautiful and it was SO peaceful and quiet. It could use a good heavy and deep clean throughout the cottage though. The bed was a bit stiff and the pillows were a tad flat and could be replaced. The small kitchen came in handy and we’re thankful they had a laundry room. Michael was so friendly and welcoming. Rosemary and Richard were a true pleasure to deal with, and their home is so charming and cozy, we definitely did not want to leave.」
