“This quaint little cottage off of the entrance to Tollymore Forest is perfect to just get away and mend your mental health. I will definitely be there again, perhaps yearly if I can afford it! Jo is easy to contact and is most helpful with everything. Thank you Jo, you are so loved 💚”

“The cottage is warm, comfortable and has a view of Killeavy castle. The hosts were kind and thoughtful. They had essentials waiting for us in the kitchen (tea,milk,bread,etc.) which were very much appreciated. Definitely need a car if you plan on staying here. Road noise may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper plus be very careful coming out of the driveway. The locals drive fast on this road.”

“Excellent accommodation. Wonderful place. The place was immaculate, so clean. The decor was excellent. I can that the host has put a lot thought into the decor of the home. Cannot fault it, comfy bed with high quality bedding. One of the best places I have stayed. It was so relaxing. “We travelled home from Australia to Ireland to celebrate our fathers 80th (he us originally from Ireland). We have been travelling around Ireland staying in various places. We arranged the party for Rostrevor fir 13 July and we had family and friends coming in from everywhere across the world and UK. Paul was amazing pre stay answering a load of questions many unrelated to his house ! This allowed us to plan the whole week in Rostrevor for everyone. We stayed in the house with three other……

“This is our third time to stay at Oatlands Cottages and it won't be our last. The houses are so clean and comfortable with everything to make the stay enjoyable. There is also so much to see and do in the area. I especially love how quiet it is at night. I would have no hesitation in recommending these cottages. We will definitely return”

“This place is awesome. Louise is such a gracious host and answers questions quickly and is there to help for all our needs. Her father is next door and is such a wonderful person. He was so helpful as well. We appreciated the atmosphere and charm of the house. Very comfortable and warm feeling. This is our first visit to Ireland and feel that they helped make our stay very welcoming. The house is perfect. The sheep across the way with the baby lambs was an extra perk. Thank you”
