I loved that the town centre was only a few streets away. We stayed at another hotel after Avlon Gardens with a higher star rating and Avlon put it to shame. I highly recommend Avlon to anyone travelling to Ballina.」

「It is exactly what you would expect a country hotel. Extremely clean and very well appointed. Only negative is it’s probably a little over furnished. In the unit we were staying in there was a table and chairs that was not really needed and encroached on the walk ability around the bed. I will just get rid of them. There is already two chairs under a bench with perfectly suit for eating breakfast which is about all you’re going to want you’re not going to go for a full dining experience since...

「Excellent service from John at reception was helpful and offered a number of suggestions. I stayed two nights and mostly walked to everything I needed to attend. The Lismore Gateway Motel was a real find that I wasn't expecting.」

「Everything was perfect helped me with everything i needed the pool is fresh and the lady at the reception deserves an oscar i locked my keys inside and i called her and itwas late but she came and helped me」

「Stay one night Christmas eve , and left on 25/12 ,it was Christmas holiday, the city was so quiet, even we could not find any restaurant for our dinner.lucky we find one and only one in the down town the chinese express shop. And the hotel in charge tell us,he would leave on 24 /12 night and no body staff left.told us to leave the key while check out, just ok. it was quiet unbelieve that no in charge staff on duty to manage the hotel. so I took experience that no next time coming on this date.」
