"2 nights stay and although we booked b&b we were able to book dinner on the evening we arrived. The hosts were charming and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and accessible, even on the first floor via a very narrow staircase. As 80 year olds we were cautious on the stairs but no problems. The breakfast was fine and sufficient. The location was perfect for us. We were able to visit the chateaux of the Listrac and also Pauillac very easily."

"Room looked over inner court. Nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. The airport shuttle was easy to schedule and take. Breakfast was delicious and opened in time to eat before taking an early flight. Staff was exceptional from the checkin to dinner to breakfast to airport shuttle. We fly out of Bordeaux often; this is now our hotel of choice."

"Staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. They spoke excellent English which was great for us. The location is close to lots of cafes and wine bars. The breakfast was amazing. Eggs to order, bacon, sausage, potatoes, crepes fruit, yogurt....fresh pastries.... Pretty much everything you would want in a breakfast. Even the view from the patio was stunning."

"The hotel was a perfect first stop for our trip.the bed was comfortable and the room was a great size.we ate at the restaurant and really enjoyed the experience. I tried the spa twice hoping the steam room or sauna would be working but both times the staff couldn’t figure it out. The indoor pool was lovely. Location is very walkable and the bakery down the street was the perfect morning stop."

"The location is very convenient and close to the cathedral st Andre and the hotel de ville. Also about 5 min to most bistros. The staff at reception was amazing. Claire was so professional and knowledgeable she helped us plan our stay. Amande as well as most of the personnel. We recommend this hotel. The only negative point there was no little fridge in the room."

"The hotel is Clean and beautiful very close to the center and train station. The staff is extremely helpful, the rooms a very clean and beautiful but a bit smaller. We didn't mind since we were visiting attractions all day. The hotel has a cute patio where we sat every afternoon to drink wine. Totally recommend it."

"The concierge and team were fabulous. They helped organise a private wine tour in St Emilion with three very different tasting experiences. We were a group of five and it felt really special. They also recommended and helped booked restaurants - Influences was outstanding with a blind tasting menu and prices so reasonable compared to London. The hotel location was excellent for walking around Bordeaux and very handy for the tram which was very easy to use. We caught the tram to the train station and from there visited Arcachon for lunch and a beach day and Langdon for a tasting at Chateaux Yquem. Thoroughly recommended"
